A year ago at this time I couldn’t run a step due to a stress reaction and my season was over, 6 months ago I couldn’t run due to knee pain which caused me to drop out of my main races for the year. Both injuries knocked me out for several months of no running or racing. In that same time I started working with @taistatestreetpt to recover correctly and be smart about my training.
