2020 Year in Writing

Now that Yuletide authors have been revealed, it’s time for my annual (2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019) year in writing review. This has been a ... year, and I don’t need to harp on all the major events that impacted everything, writing included. It’s also been strange because I’m 190K into a WIP that I haven’t starting posting yet so my published work doesn’t in any way reflect what I’ve written. That being said, I am so proud of most of this, in particular starting to post the Demon Town verse with @everyonewillsee​. I am more proud of this verse than I’ve been of anything I’ve ever had a hand in writing, and I’m so so glad that we got to release the first part and a half of it into the world!

This one is also so much. It's said in pain and grief. Maybe by Tanya? Her knees pulled into her chest and her hips rocking as she tries not to think about everything she's lost and pushes Em away before Tanya can lose her, too.

Fuck, this one is devestating. It reeks of betrayal. Dan giving away secrets to save them all. Tanya leaving so that she can break Pri's heart before Pri can break hers. Lovett turning himself in for a crime he didn't commit.

This is Alyssa saying this, after an unfortunate mishap at the beach or on a muddy walk or during a rainstorm in a thin shirt. So maybe it's Em/Alyssa or EmAlyssaTanya, the other girls giggling and definitely sneaking peeks.
