Do you love television? Do you dream about creating a TV show for a national network?

Here’s how you can make it a reality:

  • Come up with an awesome idea for the new truTV. We want unique unscripted comedic formats featuring likeable authentic characters.
  • Submit on tumblr. Make sure to include a 2- to 3-minute video and a 1-page treatment. All submissions will be public.
  • The submission period is December 10, 2014 to January 8, 2015.

The two winners – one for on-air and one for online — will be announced in January, 2015.

GOOD LUCK! (and if you aren’t on tumblr, sign up now!)

Hey, Tumblr.

Benedict Cumberbatch.

As part of our Dashboard Confessions series, this hauntingly beautiful lifeform (and hugely talented actor) will be answering your questions this Sunday, November 16, 3 p.m. Eastern, over at the DreamWorks Animation Tumblr. Their ask box is open as of right this second, though, so head on over and get your questions in.

Why the DreamWorks Tumblr? Because Mr. Cumberbatch will be voicing Agent Classified in DreamWorks’s Penguins of Madagascar (comes out November 26). Ask him questions about it. Or ask him questions about his ethereal resplendence. It’s your Q’s. It’s his A’s. See you on Sunday.
