The preset I used here is “Crisp 2” from the Ultimate Food Collection ➡️ @fairypresets✨⁣ ⁣ Today I gave private Instagram coaching to a client (we work on a service for service base). One of the lessons I taught her was the importance of 𝒂𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒕𝒊𝒄𝒔. If you want your voice to be heard, you must first arrest attention here on Instagram. 👀 It’s a very visual platform, so you need to find a way to make a noise & tell a story through pictures & videos. 📸🎞⁣ ⁣ There is no “ultimate formula” for aesthetics. You have to find your own style. I, for instance, have been experimenting with different styles over the last years and found that rainbow colours and moody, vibrant editing work best for me. 🌈🖤 Find what gives 𝗬𝗢𝗨 the most joy and also works well on Instagram. That’s your personal success formula. Losing weight is not just about hitting the gym getting your cardio in. . It’s more of changing your whole mindset. You have to start thinking different. Instead of saying I have to much to do. Say my day is going to be full tomorrow but I can get 10 mins in here and 20 mins in later. I hate drinking water because I have to go to the bathroom all the time. Think of it as more as a stretch break from your desk job or get in a quick set of 20 squats. Think postive not negative. . Find support. Join a boot camp with other people. Bring in your friend or your spouse. Join Facebook groups, find and be around like minded people. That extra support keeps you on track and motivated. . You have to do it day in and day out. You have to do it when you don’t want to. Consistency is the way to see results you have to even when we don’t like to. It’s your JOB! . Start find ways to make it work to make it a habit. I bring a bottle of water with me to bed every night, so I can drink it first thing in the morning. I make it habit so I can get in my water for the next day. I know dont even think twice about it now it just something I do. . Doing all this day end and day out you will see results. You will get the results no matter what and how hard it was to get there. HAAAPPY MONDAY! This weekend I did a little fruit and veg haul (mostly fruit haha), plus a couple of current obsessions/essentials aka @mayversfood dark roasted peanut butter and @h2coco cocoespresso ☕️ I bought watermelon, rockmelon, papaya, LOTS of bananas (one more bunch than shown), blueberries, strawberries, apples for stewing, medjool dates and passionfruit. All stocked up and ready for the week ahead! 🤙🏼

Eating my big bowl of plants surrounded by my cosy little garden 🌱🍚 Really packed in the nutrients in this meal: sautéed sweet potato + zucchini + kale + corn, brown rice, avocado, baby spinach, kim-chi, lime, @tableofplenty dukkah, nutritional yeast & pepper 😌 was actually SUCH a tasty meal 🍴🍵
