Hey guys. Due to real life stress sky rocketing and my mental health taking a dive today I will be going on hiatus for a bit. I am already working on a revamped version for my Thranduil rp blog so I will be back but probably never again on this one. Only to archive and leave a link to the new blog. May or may not keep the name. I would love to continue any threads from here to the new blog. Just let me know. But for now I will be on hiatus. I will be lurking so I will see messages so spam me with them if you have them. Thank you for your time. ~the mun

I never thought I’d make a post like this, but here I am.
Kelly is an inspiring, artistic, clever and beautiful girl.
She has been diagnosed with Desmoplastic small round cell tumor (DSRCT) in October 2015. It’s a rare, aggressive cancer that usually begins in the abdomen. It’s so rare that only 20 adolescents in USA are diagnosed with it a year.
Our friend Kelly has been through 9 rounds of chemotherapy but the tumors are close to her liver. The operation is not possible in UK.
THERE IS HOPE.
There is hope in The University College Hospital @ London, The MSK @ New York and possibly Christies @ Manchester.
The surgery in USA is not covered by insurance and so we have to found it. We need you to help. We need £1million for this to happen. We have 80 days. We need help.

Felt the need to signal boost this again. According to this update, the hospital has taken scans and confirmed that they can and will do the surgery, but the family is only at about 10% of their goal. Please give if you can, and share Kelly’s story if you can’t. I can’t imagine what it feels like to know something could save your life but also knowing that you can’t afford it. No one deserves to go through suffering like this. Let’s do what we can to see that Kelly won’t have to, either.

I can’t imagine Middle Earth being in anywhere but New Zealand. It’s got that wild quality — there’s something very pure about it. It’s the thing I think I’ll miss most about these movies — getting the opportunity of coming to New Zealand. [x]

The knight refused to think of the consequences of her actions. She was simply tired. Tired hiding behind her own finger, since most people suspected already.
She grabbed Thranduil’s robes from the colar and kissed him lovingly. It was time to be said publicly that they were a couple. And let’s pray to the Valar this is a good idea.
To say he was surprised was an understatement but he too was growing tired of the hiding. So he have into the kiss. His hands running into Ely’s hair.
Seeing him respond, she smiled a bit as her hands cupped his cheeks. She refused to think of others, thought her ears worked well and she could hear gasps and whispers already. But she didn’t care. This was their moment. She cared only for the man that kissed her and nothing else.
The kiss was perfect and as always he did not wish to pull away but the need for air pushed through. Pulling away he grinned mischievously, "if you were done hiding you could of told me." He smiled kissing her lips once more before glancing at the others around him. He would have some explaining to do and some did not look happy.
