To ignite is to spread the flames from within

"Well I’m sorry to be the one to have to tell you this, but that’s something you want to stay out of. Alchemy without qn array isn’t something you just learn. It’s a skill you acquire, and not by normal methods. From personal experience, I strongly advise you to drop the subject."

♟—'No,  I know. I researched and read books of transmutation circles and why they are necessary unless alchemists discover a way around them whilst studying flame alchemy. The man who taught me the alchemy said it was useful to have something else up by sleeve. However, it's been more than a few years since I last used practical alchemy. Fullmetal and his brother are the only ones you see using it now. Even then, transmutation circles aren't necessary for either of them because of what they've...been through. So, really, I know of one way which an array isn't used but it's too big a price to pay for something as simple as alchemy.'

Send "Shut up." for my character's reaction to yours pushing them against the wall and kissing them.

♟—Lips hit his faster than he could react, his back hitting the wall rather hard. His eyes widened before he recognized the face that had just pushed his back against the wall and began kissing him, his lips curling into an arrogant smile, even with the opposite’s on his own. His hands moved to her waist, then her thighs, gripping them before hoisting her up and holding her against his body, turning them around with little struggle and pushing Riza’s back to the wall.

The topmost button of her jacket must have become undone, with how she was able to feel his kisses along her collar just above her turtleneck. Riza found herself grinning and giving another tug to his hair as she gauged his response. His move up to her ear had her head tilting to the side to accomodate him in the space of her neck as she listened to the husk of his voice. “Plenty of time.”

♟—"At the risk of sounding arrogant, -" His fingers slipped to her uniform, fiddling with the rest of the buttons which kept him from her body. "that really isn't enough time, Lieutenant." Arrogant. He even smirked before his head pulled back, his tongue suddenly softly tracing around the shell of her ear. The arrogance could've been sensed by people even out of the room.

Our muses' are drunk and making bad decisions leave a ❋ in my askbox for our muses' to share a stupid, drunken kiss

It was a rush, vision was blurred, minds were corrupted, it always turns out with Mustang hating himself in the morning. But, currently, his lips were pushed to another’s (he couldn’t tell who), and his hands holding the hips of a female’s (thank God for that). Either the world was forcing them somewhere, or he had whoever it was hoisted up against a wall (of course, outside the pub).

"Roy Mustang, you absolute ass!” she shouted as she stamped her foot on the ground. “This is how the famous Colonel Mustang, the suave ladies man, treats a girl at the bar?! Tch! Seems more like an immature little boy to me! Can’t even admit that he fucked up and then try to make things right!” This was more than anything a display of how obnoxious she was when drunk, but she wasn’t about to just let him leave her here. “Besides, creeps roam the streets at night! You’re really going to leave a drunk young woman out on the street by herself?! Or were you planning on making me someone else’s responsibility?! God, you really are an ass! All right, don’t be surprised if I get mugged on my way home! It’ll be your fault when it happens!”

♟—Mustang had to hold back laughter from her drunken display, the alcohol fueling his actions, partially, too. He turned back to her after a moment of silence of him halting his laughter. "I plan on apologizing to my unit for leaving them. I hardly think they can cope without me." And I need to check the air between the lieutenant and I. "You're welcome to join but on these nights I usually end up walking half of my team back to the street outside my flat at an attempt to get back home." He sniggered to himself at the memory of that from the previous year. "You just can't utter a word of this to anyone and wait five minutes before walking back in there after me, is that alright?" He asked with a final sigh, the plan using up brain power that was wasted. He didn't understand why she needed someone to walk her home. Hawkeye could usually do it herself. However, the lieutenant was the only woman he'd worked long enough with to use as an example. And he knew most people weren't like her.
