EMPLOYMENT SPELL (PART ONE)
We’ve all had that time in our lives where we need to find a job ASAP. Some of us are bombarded by the time frame and “half-arse” some makeshift spell to rush things along. That’s all well, but some spells require more than one casting for the full effects to take place. In my opinion, this is the case with employment spells. For example, one spell would be to find employment , then next to secure an interview and then last one would be to land the job and keep it. Yes, you can roll all of these into one, but I feel it is more potent if you add energy separately to each. As “headoffice” tell me, “The more hard work you put into a working, the more likely you are to reap the benefits”.
Over the last few months, my hubby has been struggling to find work so I decided to step in and do a little magick to help him succeed.
The Spirit Witch’s Find Employment Spell
What you will need
- A black candle
- A green candle
- An orange candle
- Rosemary oil or herb
- A pin (to carve into the candles)
- Nail clippings, hair etc from the person who’s looking for employment
Dressing the candles
*I prefer to make my candles and add rosemary and hair to the wax, but if you’re using pre-made candles you can sprinkle the herbs and hair over the top of the candle and around it.*
Black candle – Take the black candle and hold it in your “giving” hand. Tell the candle and “headoffice” that this candle will be used to rid the person of any blockages that are preventing them from getting a job.
On the top of the candle write the persons name and the word “job” or “employment”.
On the sides of the candle write all the negative things that are holding the person back, for example of mine I wrote: anxiety, laziness, excuses, lack of confidence. As this candle burns all the negativity will burn away
Green Candle – Take the green candle and hold it in your “receiving” hand. Tell the candle and “headoffice” that this candle will be used to draw abundance, success and a job to the person you are casting for.
On the top of the candle write the persons name and the word “job” or “employment”.
On the sides of the candle write everything that you wish the person to receive from the job. On this candle you can also write the type of job you are looking for. On mine I wrote: abundance, success, full time employment, and within 25 miles.
Orange Candle – Take the candle in both hands. Orange candles promote rapid change, so holding the candle in both hands will allow you to receive and give what is needed to create this sudden shift. To some this can come as a sacrifice, but as I’ve said before sometimes we have to sacrifice to get what we want. Tell the candle and “headoffice” that this candle will be used to find the job you need ASAP , again if you have a specific job in mind , say it here.
On the top of the candle write the persons name and the word “job” or “employment”.
On the sides of the candle write when you need the job by, and also write why you need this job. Here’s the tricky part, you can offer something to the gods at this stage, or you can leave it up to them to chose what you will need to give.
Add all three candles to a fire resistant surface and sprinkle the hair and rosemary over them.
Call upon the gods, goddess, deities, universe or whoever you work with and ask them to guide you with this spell.
Light the black candle first and say this 3 times (Per candle as you light it)….
“A friend in need, a love in need For him/her I cast this spell
Employment is desired, employment is required For (Name) I cast this spell.
May the elements come to aid me May the Goddess come to guide me For him/her I cast this spell.
For the good of all I send these powers In the name of love, I cast this spell.” – Words by by Praleni (I’ve always liked this but you can use your own)
Do the same above for the other two candles.
This working HAS to be done in one sitting. Do not blow the candles out, they need to go out on their own.

THE TRUE HISTORY OF THE EASTER BUNNY
When we think of Easter, we think of white fluffy bunnies, yellow chicks, painted eggs, candy, and small children running around with smiles on their faces. For some, it’s a religious celebration with many different traditions merged into one. It’s a day of sacrifice, it’s a day of birth.
Today we are going to focus on the Easter Bunny, where did he come from? and who or should I say what is he?
10 facts about the Easter Bunny
- The Easter bunny isn’t a bunny, he is a Hare
- The Easter Hare originated in Germany and in the 18th century German Immigrants introduced this tradition to America.
- The German name for the Easter Hare is “Osterhase”
- The Easter Hare was compared to Santa Claus, he would judge the children on their behavior. If you were good he would lay eggs for you, if you were bad, your basket would be full of air.
- Hares, rabbits, chicks and eggs are all associated with fertility, so over time they also became linked to easter.
- In the 19th century, immigrating Germans tried to introduce the “Osterhase” into Sweden. When the Swedish translated the name it became “Easter Wizard”. The Swedish still dress up like witches and wizards at Easter and they leave sticks or candy with their neighbors in exchange for candy.
- The Easter bonnet was created in the 1800’s when German children would create nests with their hats so that the Hare would have somewhere to lay his eggs.
- The pagan Goddess Eostre / Ostara is the goddess of spring and is also associated with the hare. There is a folk tale where Eostre had a hare that could lay eggs. The hare was able to do this because years prior he was a bird but was cursed to live his days as a hare.
- Christians painted Easter eggs red to represent Jesus’ blood that he shed when he was crucified. They also represent resurrection and rebirth, as do bunnies and chicks.
- The Easter Hare was born (created) in 1682 and is still present in our culture today.

It will poison their water source. It is not only the natives that this will affect, It will affect millions of people. Another thing is where they are digging for the pipeline is sacred land, they have already dug through an Indian graveyard.
