has anyone ever had to reach out to tumblr bc they lost access to their account. if so how long did the response take. I'm dying I can't blog on my phone anymore and I'm scared to log out and to try to reset the password on mobile nd then maybe lose my account forever!!!! o no!!!

hello tumblr please give me access to my account

Just a little update Tumblr has decided it's time to change my password. Too kind really! But the problem is it's been 3 days of me trying to request a new one and the password change email won't arrive. I think I've tried probably 20 times. I've send 2 emails to tumblr. I'm frustrated AF. For some reason Tumblr on my phone is still logged in. Tumblr on the web tho unfortunately won't let me log in. so sorry for being a bit absent.
