“Goodness no!” Did she truly look like one? Normally the lithe appearance of her limbs brought upon opposite judgement; such as her being too dainty to do much, in terms of physical prowess. “Why would you think that?”

After getting a better look at her, no, he truly didn’t think she was a hunter, but he could never be too careful. Just because someone didn’t look like a threat didn’t mean he was safe, and women could be hunters just as much as men could.

I’ve been here a month and I can honestly say that this is THE MOST welcoming fandom that I’ve ever been a part of. While others welcomed me and made me smile, this one tries to make everyone feel special. Everyone I have seen is talented and shows love for their characters. So without further ado.

The crew - The small group that I consider my “mains” due to the bond I have formed or my senpais
Lovelies - the other wonderful people I see on my dash that I admire.
If you are not on here, do not fret! You are NOT forgotten! I just wanted to wrap this up!

You are beautiful. There is a certain charm to you and I do not know what it is. Perhaps your eyes. Or the strength in your stance. I find myself both intrigued and afraid. What is this I am feeling?

At first, he can do nothing but stare, because beautiful is a wordthat’s never been attributed to any part of him–he’s heard every--thing from terrifying to monstrous, and he’s tried his best to stopletting the words affect him, at this point. But anything positivemakes him stop, makes him stutter over his words and draw intohimself, because they surely can’t be serious. Out of every wordthat could be used to describe him, beautiful is not one of them.Their fear is a more logical response than their intrigue.

“Well,” the boy remarked to himself as he scratched his head, “these aren’t Lion’s paw prints, that’s for sure.”

Beach combing was one of the half-Gem’s favorite pastimes. There was just no telling what one could find buried beneath the surf and sand. On this venture alone he had found several pieces of sea glass, a few sand dollars, and even a little conch shell. Steven had also met a number of crabs and seagulls along the stretch, and it was while glancing down that his eyes happened to light upon the strange set of prints in the wet margin.

Without a second thought he found himself following the trail along the beach. He could only imagine was sort of animal had made them! The shape of the pads and claw marks reminded him of Lion’s own, but these were more canine in shape. Maybe there a stray dog wandering around? By the size of this prints, it must have been a huge one. Or maybe it was just Amethyst messing with him again he thought as he took a turn at the boulder and-

Or, maybe not.

He hadn’t heard the boy’s approach--he’d been too wrapped up in listening to the waves slough against the sand and the wind whistle around his ears, head up and eyes half-lidded to block the heavy heat of the sun. For once, he’d wanted his mind to be clear, to focus on nothing but the sounds of the environment around him, despite being on his own, in an unfamiliar location; it’d been too long since he was able to relax, and the ocean was something he’d always want- -ed to see--why not take this time to just listen, and not think about having to return to the dark, stone walls of his castle?

Despite his surprise, though, he only flinched a little, blinking rapidly before his head swiveled to where the voice came from--he relaxed when it was just a boy, and a seemingly harmless one at that. His ears rotated forward, tail sweeping across the sand to curl over his thigh, and he remained where he was, seated against the boulder--even if the child asked him to leave, or suddenly realized what Beast was (that is, a monster), he wanted to enjoy the salt and the sand for a few more seconds.

enemies to friends to lovers is literally my favorite trope. i will never tire of seeing two characters go from hating each other, to tentatively feeling out a friendship, to slowly developing feelings for each other and then falling in love. it’s painfully cliché and  i want to see it e v e r y w h e r e

Anything but simplistic – that could very well describe the unique character of the soul destined to forever carry the weight of a title as significant as the Chosen One. So of course settling for a normal, globally-accepted manner of approach never crossed the keyblade-weilder’s mind. Instead, a sneaky approach from the other’s back was favored. Had it been successful, however?

The tip of his nail scratches lightly at the skin of his cheek, not a response of a dry patch’s irritability, but pure desperation at avoiding an outburst that would paint a very ugly picture.

                   Hey, um! I… … ahehehehe –                                    sur~prise – !!                                                                        … … …?

Though Beast has never been fond of surprises, and is even less fond of people knocking at his door (figuratively, since Sora hadn’t even knocked in the first place), he does relax when he realizes who it is; the boy is almost a friend, and his intentions have only ever been good. He doubts Sora meant any harm in dropping by unannounced--perhaps he wants company, or there’s a lull in his quest.
