I wonder if vegetarians and vegans know that a lot of animals die during the harvest of wheat and other field’s fruits?

so unavoidable deaths are an argument against veganism, but completely avoidable ones aren’t?

I’ve been vegan for TWELVE YEARS and this was literally the first argument I ever heard.

Yes, we know animals are killed during harvesting. We know even MORE animals are killed on a non-vegan diet because of the extra grain that is needed in order to feed the animals, you yourself will eat, despite plant sources being available.

This argument is so worn, and so tired, and has been addressed so many times, that frankly I am offended that non-vegans haven’t come up with something better by now. At least be creative with your excuse not to show compassion!

it’s common in my house too and yes it’s super easy but I hate it :( tho sometimes, like today, it tasted better because the sausage wasn’t the regular fatty one that looks like a dick went through a washing machine

I dunno, it’s just sometimes about the taste. doesn’t taste like normal wieners that you cook or fry, it’s just weird and icky
