"Irving." Wesker says, looking at a report in his hand and not at the other man as he enters.
“Weska’,” Irving had kept his accent out of the name the first few months they worked together, but he had eventually given up. The door clicked shut, this side of too hard, and he stopped across from him.
“Youse see anything interestin’ in that?”
He tosses it to the side, looking over at the human. “Hardly. Just more pointless drivel from Excella. I suppose it makes her feel useful to do these reports, but honestly it’s so pedantic to have to read information I already know.”
Adjusting his glasses, Wesker gives a tight smile. “Report.”
“It neva’ hurts to double check. Youse neva’ know what erra’s youse might catch,” Irving said, turning his attention to his nails. He was always fidgeting with his hands, pacing in extreme cases. Usually he had a briefcase, or a folder, to keep his hands busy, but this time they were empty.
“The Sodibaya tribe is getting comfortable with our presence at the oil field. Displeased, still, about having to move-- but comfortable. My standings with them are good. We should be able to start the trial injections soon.”
