Hey guys, just letting you know that Alex put this blog on Hiatus because he lost muse for Phoenix, Layton, and Luke. Why he didn’t say anything, I don’t know.
I’ll be here though, answering questions with Phoenix like I did when he died a while ago. Well, I’ll be here every now and then at least.
The crumpled remnants of Skelemun hit the ground.

“We know that Gumshoe isn’t who we think he is... now, how can we corner him? We need to get him to spill the beans, and it won’t be as easy as usual.”

R: I'll keep following this "gumshoe" around in secret. if I find out anything else, I'll find you.
“...Thank you.”
R: I've been listening in on your conversation with the blue lawyer. What if this Gumshoe you know, isn't actually Gumshoe. I'm still searching for proof that that's the case, but it might be worthwhile to start dancing from that angle.
“I suspected as much. Mr. Wright seemed suspicious of him.”
R: Condition. That is, one condition. My only condition is that you don't turn me in to Inspector Vergier when this case is solved.
“...Very well. What do you know?”

Layton started. He quickly recovered himself, and stared him in the eye.

So. I see all these pictures of couples getting together, going out to do stuff or to go out for halloween or just having fun today in costumes…
And I’m sitting here, reminding myself that I am single, and the fact that I have a crush on somebody who would never look my way.

“It is very concerning, made even more so by Mr. Gumshoe’s lack of knowledge concerning this, despite supposedly being nearby when she disappeared...”
“Wait a minute... Gumshoe didn’t know anything?”
“He supposedly lost her in a crowd at some point.”

Wright was in shambles. The proud attorney seemed wrought with worry, while two unfamiliar people tried to comfort him. "Come now, Mr. Wright! We've barely begun to look!"
“…Uhm.”
“…I know you, Mr Wright. But, who’re your friends…? Chums? Erm…yeah. Who’re they, Pal?”
“Oh! Detective Dick Gumshoe, I presume? I am Professor Hershel Layton, head archaeologist of Gressenheller University in London and amateur detective of Scotland Yard. This is my assistant, Luke Triton. We are, indeed, friends of Mr. Wright. We understand you were the last to see Miss Maya Fey. We would like to ask you about it.”
Jess: "Did I hear, that SOMEONE, WENT MISSING? I WILL HELP AS MUCH AS I CAN!"
“I’m afraid that Miss Maya, Mr. Wright fiance, has gone missing.”
“That’s so sad! When did this happen?”
“I am not sure. We only received word of her disappearance today.”
“This isn’t the first time this happened, I just hope she’s okay.
How’s Nick doing?”
“He is... coping.”
