Recent commissions that asked I try to emulate Tetsuya Nomura's style.
Not sure I've got it, but I'm rather proud of the outcome regardless.

"I remember it, and I dread every memory of that time."
Does your online name come from the elemental fiend from FFIV, or did it come from another source?
It actually has two sources!
First is the Divine Comedy - which as a very silly 14 year old I thought was the coolest shit ever to use as a means of teaching myself Latin. (It was not)
Then there's the fiend Rubicante from Final Fantasy 4 - which was my introduction to the series as a whole. After battling my way through the Crystal Tower for the first time, I was very taken with a boss that was polite and gracious enough to heal me before kicking my arse and promptly landing me near the beginning of the tower once more.
If you're curious as to why I'm "Rude" Rubicante - it's because I'm not nearly so gracious.
And I swear a lot.
Just a couple panels I did for the latest episode. I'm rather proud of the first two.
We need more Nosferatu art.

doodles from the VTM campaign I'm in
I'm tired.
Where do I go where my art will be loved? Where it will be appreciated? And I mean properly appreciated. Not stolen, scraped for AI programs, ripped into bits to be used as crops for some content farm.
No site is safe and all I can hope for is that I can poison the well of betrayel made by companies who seek to profit off me with glaze and nightshade, and even then I know it's not enough.
Tearing peoples livelihoods apart for pocket change, these greedy dragons will eat the souls and hearts of artists with nary a glance.
I'm so fucking tired.
My fluffy poltergeist came out for cuddles today.
Yes, you can tickle the tummy and it will bring you good luck.

[Image ID: A digital painting of three figures set in a snowy action scene from the game Guild Wars 2. The viewing angle is set at a diagonal. A large mechanical construct, the Twisted Marionette, looms over a female norn holding a hammer and a customized mech themed after a steam minotaur. They are set against a snowy mountain background with dust and smoke in the foreground. /.End ID]
My entry for the @gw2-zine CoYH! Featuring Halla Balkakin and her repurposed steam minotaur AJ (or rather, AJ-02 here) in their early days when she was just a homesteader in Lornar's Pass. The whole Twisted Marionette incursion was a very unwelcome affair.
proof of legend: co-commanders chat about being heroic figures (whether they want to be or not)
