i miss when i was like 10 and it would be the night before a big field trip or something and i couldnt go to sleep because i was so excited. i miss being so into a book that i would stay up past my bed time reading it. everything seems so bland or something idk. i’m only 19 and everything is so tiring. i miss wanting to be awake

Hi! I’m Lynn, but this picture is of Addie!! they’re my girlfriend and uh, they’re in a bit of a pinch. They’re currently staying with their aunt, and have only 15 days to move out as of two days ago. Their mom said she’ll let them stay until they start their job, but is VERY prone to lying, withdrawing offered favors, and generally carelessly makes selfish decisions that lead to situations where Addie is forced to stay with people that abuse them, or even self harm simply for food and a place to stay. They contacted their father as well, but he is similarly selfish and has not responded yet - and also stopped providing assistance after learning they’re not heterosexual. Weird, huh?

I thought that their mother might be more receptive of letting them stay if they could manage to collect some money for rent until they start their job up (already been interviewed/accepted/tested for it, just a matter of not knowing the starting date at this point), and we already planned to try crowdfunding to help us get by when we get a place together shortly after they start their job.

They’re hoping to raise 400$, 200 for rent for their mother for 2 months until september and possibly an additional 100$ to stretch for food as best as possible until then.

Hey everyone who’s been talking about Hillary being the less of 2 evils.

There’s another alternative and his name is Bernie Sanders.

Sanders is a self proclaimed socialist who is one of the two independent senators in the nation.

He’d be the first jewish president.

His platform includes

Raising minimum wage Equal pay for women Reversing climate change Helping workers Taking on Wall Street corruption Making College affordable for all Healthcare for all

He has been fighting for lgbtqiap+ rights since the 90’s He was against the invasion of Iraq in 2002 He’s been a big supporter of campaign finance reform He’s committed to improving veterans healthcare and lives after coming home He’s written a bill to help HIV+ patients afford healthcare He’s voted to punish crimes in alternative rehabilitative ways He’s been an advocate for bettering public school education. He’s pro-gun control

He’s just a good guy who will put the American people above profits. The issue is he’s not even close to as wealthy as Hillary so he hasn’t got a chance unless the people support him.

Bernie Sanders is an Indipendent but he is running as a Democrat, which is great news!! If he were running against Hillary in the general election, he would have split the left-wing vote and ensured a win for the Republicans. This way we can get Hillary out of the running in the primaries!!

if your support of disabled people doesn’t include those of us who will never recover or fulfill the independence myth, then your support is meaningless.

Nobody knows about them but they are the most persecuted minority in the world!!

in case you are wondering, the rohingya people are Muslims living in Myanmar and have been experiencing a genocide for decades by extremist Buddhists. their villages have been burned and they have been suffering from violence in general and no one cares. also note how the people of the religion stereotyped to be violent are the ones who are victims of the one stereotyped to be peaceful, it is one of the reasons why the western media does not report on the tragedies they face.
