Okay so if it's true and Dracula himself was the driver of the coach, that means that Jonathan was just standing there in absolute panic waiting for the door to be answered and it took so long because Dracula was probably like, ,, scaling the fucking wall of the castle to climb in a window so he could greet him at the front door in a Normal Way since apparently there's no other exits
