My colored pencil illustration/digital artwork for ‘Red Riding Hood and The Wolf’, a children’s book written and published by Amelia Picklewiggle. Every illustration is a combination of hand drawn, colored pencil artwork blended with digital art & design. This project was the first time I had ever attempted this technique, and I am happy with the results. It was an amazingly fun, creative, and educational process that resulted in an entirely new and invaluable skill set.

If I could I would have this tattooed on my brain. Instead, I printed it in bold type and taped it on the wall in front of my desk so I can always read it. Plus, I posted it to my Facebook page and shared it with friends.

JourneyManDesigns turned 3 today!

After 3 years, I am very proud to count myself amongst the creative, small business entrepreneurs who are growing in number every single day in America. My advice is discover what talent, skill, and ability that is unique to you, and sell it for a profit. All the online, digital tools have been invented to allow every single individual to market, network, and promote their service or product.

Life is a business, not a romance!

MY CAMPING EXPERIENCE

This is about my first adventurous camping at a place called “Roopantara” with my parents and friends.  The journey was fun because I used a GPS to help my dad find the camp.  We passed through many places like a nursery, school, fields etc., and lost our way more than once to find ourselves in a village.  There we saw monkeys, cows, puppies, cats and many other domestic animals.  When we finally got there, we used a rope to pull out another car that had run into a ditch.  The fun was only just starting.

After I met everyone one there, I heard 2 dogs barking, one was a puppy and other was a grown up dog named MOLIQUILE (molecule).  He was naughty and hyper, and proved it by leaving his cage and pouncing on me.  My fear went away when I realised that he was just trying to play with me.

My mother and Mani aunty started picking vegetable and fruits, while I got to explore the place with my dad.  After the tents were set up in the early evening, we helped start a bon-fire.  We danced around the bon fire, sang, played games and I got to make a new friend named Kashish.  She was a good girl and we ate our dinner together.

I really enjoyed the walk in the moon light before going to bed.

The next morning we left for the emu bird farm after breakfast and enjoyed the long walk through the forest and village.  I liked walking through the village and forest more than seeing the bird farm.

IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE
