Here are some of the results from the psych survey that I posted a while back! The statistically significant findings were that INFP’s had a slightly higher rate of depression and ESTJ’s had a lower rate of depression

which type might want to express their feelings but have a hard time finding someone they trust enough, so they turn inward, but they wish they could turn outward?

hello and welcome back! I read your reply about infjs and procrastination, could you do it for intjs as well? thanks and enjoy your holidays!

I think my answer for INFJs was mainly about their introverted intuition function, so most of that would be exactly the same for INTJs (also Ni-dominants). For INTJs though, I think procrastination is pretty common in INTJs that are in an Ni-Fi loop. Te generally helps ground them, tying their thinking to concrete plans and goals. If they lose touch with their Te function, then they can get caught up in a cycle of thinking through things internally without being able to implement them in the real world.

Fun mbti question time! What type (if they were your close friend and you loved them) would you be most protective over? And why? and in what way?

I would probably be most protective over ISFJs because they are so precious and sweet. My younger sister is an ISFJ though so I'm probably biased because of that

Hi! I've got a friend who took the mbti test twice and got INFJ both times, but we're not completely that's her type. She can be a bit insensitive and blunt at times without realizing it, which seems a bit uncharacteristic of an INFJ to me. Would you say that she was probably mistyped, or could this just be a little quirk that only she has?

It's possible she's in an Ni-Ti loop, but I've also seen people who have tested as INFJ and have had that personality be mistyped. They can be INFP, INTJ, or ISFJ and all of those types tend to be more blunt or insensitive than INFJs.

Hey so I consider myself an ESTP (perhaps ENTP, but so far I'm leaning more towards the former), but all the posts and asks you get about inferior Se I can relate to them. it shouldnt be that way at all since it's supposed to be my dominant, so what does that mean?? There's no way I'm an INXJ and I'm 100% sure that I have Ti-Fe, Ne and Se seem to be equal, and I'm a little confused about my inferior, both Si and Ni seem to be accurate

There's the possibility that you have an unhealthy dominant function that manifests itself with some of the traits of an unhealthy inferior function. It sounds like you don't resonate with the descriptions of Ni-dominants; do you resonate with the description of Ni in the inferior position? What about the position of Fe and Ti? If that's the only thing that is difficult for you to see in yourself, then I would guess you're probably an ESTP with an occasionally unhealthy Se.
