Silence |eternalblazingagony|
THERE ARE THREE THINGS Haruno Sakura is exceptionally good at. Those three things consist of; being on time, having time to spare, and knowing how to spend her spare time. With all of this time on her hands, you might assume that she was avoiding something, or pushing something to the very last minute. If so, you’d assume right.
Ever since the war, Sakura’s life as a Medic at Konoha General was hectic. Her breaks consisted of vanilla lattes and blueberry protein bars, with minutes to spare as she rush in and out of patients rooms. Healing this, checking that, fixing this and appropriating that. Nothing unusual there, nothing but her last check in of the day, every single day.
She worked with patient after patient, but even after all of these months, he was still her most aberrant part of the day. It always had been a quiet relationship for the most part, but with everything that had happened, that shared silence had changed, and uncomfortably so. However, this didn’t bother her, or, at least that’s what she’d let everyone believe.
“120 over 80,” the pinkette dead panned, removing her digits from Sasuke’s wrist and quickly scribbling down the blood pressure onto an information sheet.
"Your BP is already regulating.." she mumbled to herself more than to him, clicking the pen and lying it on the clipboard.
"I guess you always were quick to recovery. Now, let’s see those eyes, huh?" she coaxed him in a professional, rehearsed voice as she reached over his form, beginning to remove the bandages from around his face.
