After the day Horizons have met.

As their conversation continued, his eyes met Aobas while the short bluenette spoke to him in a gentle tone.  It was rather nice to hear Aobas voice ring in his own ears, not annoying at all, more of soothing. Also hearing Aoba agree that they could go together to dinner, perked up his mood slightly. It would defiantly be something he would look forward to.

”I suppose you could pay, you being such a gentleman are we now?” He taunted, his tone didn’t seem to change at this point. It was rare for Aoba to be so polite to a guy like Mink. Maybe he had the same feelings, but it was most likely him being generous. Either way it was nice to think Aoba was going to do it just for him. But hey, Mink had actually been planning to take Aoba to dinner. Yet now that they were officially going out to eat, Mink thought he could maybe help the man braid a few strands of his hair.

“If its alright with you, I am going to do some of your hair…” Standing up his bulky figure towered over the table, his boots seemed to hit against the floor while going behind Aoba. Mink knew how delicate the boys hair was, so he did his best to treat it with care in his rough hands. Grabbing a first strand, then another, and another, he began to braid them together without even permission from Aoba. Yet lightly tugging but not to much to hurt Aoba.

To tell you the truth, Mink actually did this rarely with Aoba, it was more like a privilege to have it done. Even when the bluenette would beg him to braid his hair, he would shake his head and give a annoyed grumble.

»;; As soon as their eyes met, Aoba removed his gaze, lowering it to the table as he turned away. Making eye contact with him was so damn awkward! And it'd make him blush like a ten-year-old if they continued staring at eachother. Lettin out a tiny sigh as he rested his head on his palm, his elbow propped up against the table. ❝What do you mean by that? I'm always a gentleman...❞ Grinning slightly, the bluenette turned his head and poked his tongue out at the taller man.

Perking his head as he heard the man speak again, a smile forming over his lips as he gave a small nod. Even if he tried to speak; it'd come out as a huge bunch of 'ohbhjdf', it was so rare for Mink to actually want to braid his hair, maybe he was only doing it because they were going out? Aoba would probably have to go get changed, too... He was only in a pair of jeans and a shirt! Well, whatever.

It wasn't like Mink would mind. He never really cared about what Aoba wore, but maybe he'd like it if Aoba wore one of the ponchos that Mink brought him. He basically lived in it, anyway. Usually, when Mink came over. Aoba was sat at the dining table in the big-ass poncho. It was brown with red and yellow markings splattered over it. He really loved the design.. And he enjoyed the fact that Mink got it for him.

❝That's fine.❞ Aoba murmured, lowering his head as the man towering over him picked up a strand of hair, closing his eyes as he warmed up to the touch. The first time Mink did it; it was like a world of pain. He was way too rough with Aoba's hair. But now... It was like he had learned how to handle Aoba's hair. It was more of a soothing feeling when Mink played with his hair. It did't hurt at all. Apart from the occasional tugs; but it wasn't like he could blame Mink. Braiding someone's hair which had nerves in it would be hard..

At this point in time, Mink had realized that this conversation would be longer than a usual one. So with that, he grabbed a feather that laid on the table and stuck it in the pages of his book as a bookmark. But now what to say? Usually they did nothing more than stay in the house all day. Why not do something else for a change. Possibly go out to eat? Go roam town? Who knows at this point but it would be worth asking.

“Well..would you like to go out somewhere? Or stay in the house?”  His voice was straight-forward and dull as always. Plus he couldn’t really control how his voice sounded. To be honest, he wanted his tone to be more of soft towards Aoba. But that couldn’t happen. Mink is a tall, muscular being, with a strong heart. Unfortunately at this time, he wouldn’t even try to change his tone. Aoba would recognize it as his regular one anyways, so why worry?

“If we do go out, we can walk around town maybe?” He added on after the slight pause from what he had said before. Walking around with Aoba, was like walking a child. Constantly having to remind them to keep walking instead of staring at objects nearby. Mink didn’t seem to mind it as much now, but he would always give a slightly disappointed sound when it happened.

»;; He didn't know where they'd go.. Aoba just wanted to do something new. They hardly did many foreign things with one another, so how about going out? It'd be fresher than staying in, as usual. Giving the man a small shrug his lips parted; ❝We could go out__ Only if you want, though, it's just that we stay inside the house so much... I'd like to go get dinner with you, anyway.❞ His tone coming out as sweetly as possible, Mink'd probably wanna stay in, so at least he tried sounding nice. Cocking his head, Aoba looked at the window. The sky was much darker than before, it was nearing 7PM.

Would that be like a date? Well.. Maybe to Aoba, but they were just friends. And anyway, Aoba didn't know if they had something like that, sure they hung out a lot but so did friends... There was no way either of them could ever posses feelings like that towards one another. But the posibility of it was quite high.... Aoba was confused with his own feelings towards Mink, he didn't even know if he could trust the guy.

The things he did to him before were quite... Disgusting, really. He used him for his power, but in all honesty. Mink had changed. He was so much softer than before, and Aoba could see through the tones of his voice. It was obvious he'd changed for the better, too, but anyway. It wasn't the time to ponder over his feelings, tonight, Mink and he were going on a date.

❝Walking is so boring though, I'd rather grab a bite to eat.❞

                                                                                     ❝__ I'll even pay.❞

⁅☢;⁆ — A kiss? It wasn’t that hard to carry out, was it? Leaning down, he wrapped an arm around Aoba’s waist, pulling him a little closer, before softly pressing his lips against the other male’s. God these two are so straight it’s not even funny.

»;; Awh, c'mon Noiz, you can be a little rougher than that.

Lids tightly shutting as soon as he felt pressure against his lips, the bluenette let his hands snake their way up his torso, cupping the sides of the blonde's face, Aoba tilted his head upwards, prying the other's mouth open with his tongue, he let out a small breath against the man's lips, tilting his head to the right, Aoba then slid inside his mouth, his tongue gliding over the other's as he let out some incoherent noise into the kiss.

Hearing a book close, his head tilted back up to Aoba, along with his own set of eyes directing straight into the bluenette's eyes. It was a moment of silence before Mink had begun to speak, but moving his right hand to close one side of the book, he kept one finger in the middle for a bookmark. Being he was going to continue reading off that page once their conversation would fade out.

"I guess.." His tone was deep yet plain. The bags under his eyes that were usually there had been gone for weeks. Being he was getting enough sleep since Aoba had talked to him a few weeks ago about certain things that he didn’t feel like wanting to remember them. He began to look forward and wake up every morning to see Aoba come down to the kitchen with messed up hair. Sometimes when Aoba had came down, Mink brought a few unique feathers to put in his hair.

You could probably guess by now that they were good friends. Though Aoba seemed like the only person he would feel comfortable talking too. He would talk to Maniac, Red, and Gasmask a few times, that is if he ran into them. Red always insulting him, but had been doing it less lately. Maniac always taunting him, and Gasmask always being overly kind and somewhat protective when they had talked about Aoba.

Truth is, Mink himself had begun to have feelings for Aoba. How though? He never really got emotionally attached to someone like this. But it was more of a uncontrollable emotion. Even if he had tried to get rid of the feeling, it would manage to come back eventually. And it would be the same shit over again.

Image

»;; Aoba didn't exactly know what to say, they barely spoke while reading together. The only time they really got talking was when Mink would braid his hair, and stick his feathers in it. He actually still had one of the braids in his hair, still. It'd probably need to be taken out soon, so then Mink could start putting in more. Letting out a meek sigh as he gave the brunette a smile.

❝Well, that's good, I guess... What do you wanna do after this?❞ The two rarely ever planned these meetings, but lately Mink had just been inviting himself into Aoba's house; not that he was complaining, but Mink was treating this place as a second home. He actually liked it when Mink came over, they were always able to bond when he was around.

Picking up the book again, Aoba dropped it down onto his thighs, resting his elbow against the table again, they would probably go off and knit or something.. The things they did were just on impulse, but it was rarely anything different. They altered between doing one another's hair, reading, knitting and cooking. It was actually kinda cute, in a way. Aoba considered Mink a close friend, a few of Aoba's other friends actually thought they were dating.

___ Which of course, turned Aoba into a flustered little mess when confronted..

⁅☢;⁆ — God, calm down you blue egg. “Uh-huh." Was the disinterested reply. His fingers slowly inched their way along Aoba’s thigh, moving to rest on his hip. "Don’t be so freaked out." What could even be funny about this? It was a serious business. He had to take careful measures, otherwise he might end up with his tongue down Aoba’s throat.

Image

»;; It's not very heterosexual when another man is rubbing your fucking thigh, Noiz.  ❝How can I not be freaked out!?❞ This was so embarrassing, and Aoba wasn't very cool with some dude rubbing his thigh, actually... He was the one who started this. It was totally a bad idea.. Why'd he even do it in the first place? Augh. Aoba is so homo for Noiz.

Looks around before to see if anyone’s around attempting Shakira’s belly dancing hip thingy. Mind you, Noe has nothing to shake. No ass. No nothing. Twerk it anyway, Noe.

After the day Horizons have met.

Mink had looked up a from his book to Aoba's face. Small smiles came from his lips while seeing Aoba's expression seem a bit confused when he continued to read his own book. Mink thought it was a bit cute, but had never bothered to say it aloud. He just wasn’t like that, and Aoba knew it also. By this point in time they knew each other pretty well. Well, not really.

The real deal was, Mink knew all about Aoba from their conversations with each other. But Aoba had barely known anything of Mink besides his background information, and it seems most of the time Mink intended it to stay that way. Never really wanting to get close to anyone, was it cause he felt like he would be broken? Surely not.

He was just the type not to let anyone in, they had to earn there way. The ones who tried, gave up after the first few lines Mink said to them. But something was different about Aoba. Aoba could put up with it and sass back at Mink. It was kinda..Attractive? Mink didn’t even know at this point, so he turned his gaze back to the book. Keeping silent as he felt the other look at him a few times.

»;; Setting the book down, he folded the top corner of one of the pages, then, Aoba proceeded to close the book. Gazing back up at Mink, he rested his head on his hand, watching the man like a child he gave a small smile. Aoba still couldn't get over how peaceful he'd been ever since they'd started hanging out, together. The two had even been taught how to knit by Tae, and they'd made dozens of scarves, it was a little cute to think about. Tapping his fingers against his chin, he watched the brunette quietly.

❝Having fun?❞ Tilting his head, Aoba had a look a the title of he older man's book. It didn't seem all that interesting, at least to Aoba. Strumming his fingers against his skin, he watched the man. They'd actually bonded quite a bit recently, Mink had even let Aoba plait his hair for him... Although, he did a pretty bad job of it.

Shifting his gaze, he examined the male's face, paying attention to Mink's details, sure he'd spent a bit of time with him, and he'd been looking at his every detail, but everyday it was so refreshing to see him so close. It was almost sweet, wanting to look at his face every second of the day. A little romantic, too. Maybe Aoba was coming into terms with his feelings, he'd never been able to understand how he felt about Mink.

It was so confusing, because he was so different now. He wasn't like the old Mink, he was so much happier. And it made Aoba happy.. All he wanted was for Mink to be at peace, and now, he was sitting here, reading his book with a small smile. It was joyful, really..
