Not here for the Reylo fandom's nonsense.  Stop the woobfication of Kylo Ren. Defend and stand up for the trio of Finn/Rey/Poe at all costs!

People are still hiring julie plec to write Why?

a paper bag could write better then her

Because she has a lot of white privilege, who even white women benefit from.

Julie Plec has casted a bunch of black and POC actors and actresses for the Vampire Academy show and I don't trust her one bit to do right by them. I just feel for the black and POC fans who might get drawn in due to the cast, without being aware that Julie Plec is in charge of the writing and producing.

Imagine the discomfort and awkward position, Kat would have been placed in as a black woman on the TVD season 8 Binge podcast, having to sit there and listen to Julie Plec explain how she choose a plantation to shoot Enzo's death scene on.

Makes me even gladder that Kat choose to forgo any of the podcast TVD binge sit downs with Julie Plec. Especially season 8. As Julie Plec seems like the type of white woman who finds filming on or getting married on plantations to be romantic or a entertaining thing to do.

Julie plec actually insulted elena character 🤣

Yes, she rather imply that Elena had no integrity, than be honest and admit that she didn't want to do Bamon because she had favoritism towards Delena, didn't want to upset the Delena fandom and devalued, degraded, and disregarded Bonnie as a black woman character. As she always made sure to have the more popular male characters of TVD pursue Caroline and Elena. While Bonnie was stuck with male characters who grew to be irrelevant or unimportant. Or male characters who had nothing to do or were just "leftovers" from how she had the other more popular male characters occupied with being in arcs or love stories with Elena or Caroline.

Also notice how Julie Plec has used these recent recap interviews to discuss aspects of what the TVD fandom requested or talked about during TVD's time on the air. Mainly has discussed the fandom wanting certain ships together, in what now she considers to be "toxic shipping." In which she suddenly acts like she is concerned about or disagrees with "toxic ships."

Yet one thing she still has yet to bring up, mention or address, since TVD has been over with. Is her racist and poor treatment towards Bonnie/Kat Graham. Even with fans having constantly pointed out her racist treatment and writing towards Bonnie/Kat Graham during TVD's time on the air. And even with fans still calling her out years after TVD has been overwith.

She won't mention it or address it, because she knows it will go against her being performative, in pretending like she cares about Black Lives Matter or social racial justice issues. And she knows it will breach her comfort levels, having to face the reality that she is racist and treated the black actress on the show in very poor manner.

She is still selective in which TVD fandom subjects she is willing to talk about, support or address. Just like how she commented on a tweet that compared TVD with True Blood and how the two shows have common themes or plots happening. But, then ignored the part of the tweet, that criticized how both Tara and Bonnie were treated awfully on the two shows as black women characters.

So she can at least be honest, since she isn't fooling anyone. Bonnie being "too good" for Damon, isn't actually the reason why Plec didn't do Bamon. People don't even have to ship or support Bamon, to know that she refused to write the ship, due to internal resentment of the thought of a black woman character, with one of her most popular white male characters and her paranoia over a black woman character outclassing her cherished white ship.

And there still isn't an interviewer who is willing to ask her about her racist and poor treatment towards Bonnie.

Julie Plec rather insult Elena's character, than to own up to her racist treatment towards Bonnie. Also it's 2021 and there are still TVD Stans out there who are either defending or downplaying Julie Plec's racist treatment of Bonnie. Along with her hypocritical writing. Because she will attempt to justify her writing in why she forbids and limits Bonnie from doing certain things. Yet will turn around and have other characters do the same things she forbids Bonnie to do in her writing.

She should just be truthful and say that she didn't want the black woman to outshine and outclass her most cherished and prized white ship.

Even when it comes to making a certain Bonnie ship canon, she is fine with pushing and promoting that, because she doesn't view that ship as a threat to her most cherished ship. Because the same logic she applies to not doing Bamon, could have applied to the Bonnie ship she made canon in Season 7 and 8.

There are fans still defending Julie Plec's rhetoric in her justifying her racist and hypocritical writing. And those who will still doubt that Kat was treated poorly on the show by Plec and Dries. Even with the recent videos out which highlights how awful they were towards her and her time on the show.

Reylos are so obsessed with Adam & Daisy being friends despite no evidence it is embarrassing, you just know that they also ship AD & DR. They never referred to each other as friends, and costars of AD have said that he is just there to work and never does activities with the cast, even MH said so. AD even said that he is not close to his 'Girls' costars despite them living near him and there is nothing wrong with that. It's so funny that Reylos are just so jealous of John & Daisy's friendship.

I think they just are trying so hard to make Adam and Daisy seems like close friends, because it helps their fandom and shipper feelings feel more validated for some reason. And because some do ship Adam and Daisy together.  Also they  many of them tend to self insert.  So because they Stan for Adam Driver, then they want to live through Daisy to insist how she must be a close friend of his.  As they tend to project their stanning of Adam Driver onto Daisy/Rey.  Which is why a lot of them say that Rey found Kylo attractive or sexually irresistible in the interrogation scene.  Because they’re projecting their fandom believe of Adam’s and therefore Kylo’s attractiveness onto Rey.  Even though the script mentions nothing about Rey being physically drawn or attracted to Kylo in a sexual, sensual, or romantic way in that particular scene.

So they’re fandom thinking is “Rey has to find Kylo hot/good looking, because we as a fandom find Adam Driver hot/good looking.”  And for similar reasons they use their stanning of Adam Driver to insist that Daisy and him are close friends. When she has never implied that her and Adam are close friends. Yet they still feel the need to be validated into convincing people that Adam and Daisy are close.

When she has referred to her friendship with John multiple times. Yet Reylos ignore it since he is not Adam, black and since many still hold a grudge against him for his “lay the pipe” joke.

I’ve said what I have to say and won’t change my mind. So that Anon who keeps camping themselves in my inbox is now blocked.

You realize that both of those things can exist together right? We can call out the racists within the fandom while also not wanting to get doxxed, harassed, targeted, and generalized based on who we ship along with not wanting the lies that people like you keep spreading about the fandom as a whole for clout and notes. Both of those things can coexist. It really isn't asking much. And no, Reylos are not the equivalent of conservatives because we like a m/f couple who is white, that comparison is absolutely ridiculous. We are not a political party who's values are based on oppressing the poor and poc, we are literally individuals who just dont want to get harrassed because the majority of us havent taken part in any of the racism or hate. It really isn't that hard to understand.

Leave me alone since I can consider what you are doing as “harassment” since you keep on sending me back to back messages directly in my inbox.  I said what I said.  Reylos are the equivalent  of Conservatives when it comes to certain rhetoric  and repeat the exact same types of gaslighting tactics when Reylos want to deny fandom racism and accuse black “Antis” of  things like “identity politics” or “playing the race card.” Reylos proirtize their white ship, White fave director Rian Johnson and White racist Reylos over black voices who they try to dismiss the validity of  simply by labeling us “Antis” or by doing what you are attempting to do which is make the Reylo fandom into some sort of oppressed fandom, simply for shipping a white ship or simply for being called out on their racist and anti-black behaviors.

I’ll wonder again if you spend as much time in the DMs and Inboxes of problematic and racist Reylos as you seem time camped out in my inbox.  Nothing you can say will make the Reylo fandom victims for  being called out for racist behaviors. This is why I don’t believe you or other Reylos who say that you call out fandom racism. Because I very much doubt you have spent as much time in the DMs or inboxes of Reylos have have posted racist/problematic things on tumblr or who have tweeted racist/problematic things on twitter. And I doubt you have been in the comment sections of  Reylo fan fictions which depict Finn in a racist manner or stereotype. Yet had the energy to keep directly contacting me through Anon.

that disgusting reylo in your inbox being a hypocrite. yeah sure you are calling your racists out. lets take this disgusting freak kylotrashforever, who wrote the most racist fanfics for 5 years about finn being a predator etc. they just got called out last year, they could spew their hatred and racist shit for 5 years and no reylo did sth about that. their fics are still up and have so many kudos. this bitch who writes reylo rape fics were finn gets killed by kylo, is still writing. so shut up.

They always try to use the “diverse fandom” narrative as a attempt to shut down any valid discussions or criticisms surrounding the racist and anti-black Stans in their fandom.  Or use the “We have a diverse fandom.” narrative as a way to try to uplift the Reylo ship itself like it’s sort of groundbreaking, modern day special presentation that has never been done before.  And also use the “You can’t bash or criticize Reylo as a ship because women ship it.”  As they insist Reylo being some sort of historical moment or representation for the feminist movement and women’s rights every where.

When as I said at the end up the day Reylo is still a white ship, who many ship due to the fact that they find the white male to be good looking, hot or attractive. Which is why many ship Reylo.  Which has been done in many times before no matter what trope this white ships are put together or shipped under.

And them being white and heterosexual is still why a lot of people are more open to shipping them together than they would a LGBT ship or a ship in which a black character is paired with a white character.  And yet they’ll attempt to use “We’re not racist because we ship FinnRose together.”  In the same way they try to use there being black or POC Reylos to try to deny the fact that some in the fandom take parts in racist, anti black and problematic behaviors that doesn’t upset them or bother them on anywhere near the same level that Stans in their fandom being called out for their racism and anti-blackness does.

Also how they’ll try to weaponize there being POC or black Reylos to protect their white ship from being criticized or to deny that the whiteness of their ship is why many are more open to seeing them paired together.  Yet they’ll have a problem when black fans of Finn discuss fandom racism and anti-blackness against his character or don’t will have a problem with black fans criticizing Rian  Johnson/TLJ.  And only welcomes black and POC voices in the fandom that either  helps shield the racist white Reylos, through attempting to diminish the number of racists in that fandom by saying that there are POC Reylos, so therefore calling out the racist and anti-black ones is somehow “silencing” Black and POC Reylos or are “Bullying” the Reylo fandom by mentioning how some had taken part in racist behaviors.

Or black voices in their fandom who ships what they do and agrees with all of the same ideals and beliefs when it comes to shipping a white ship together. Yet will get defensive towards black fandom voices who dares criticizes their white fave director Rian Johnson or the movie that they love in The Last Jedi.

LMAO at that Reylo in your inbox pretending to be a woc, yeah sure. Maybe do something about all the racists and pedos in your fandom instead of sitting in other people's inboxes. The amount of racist fic in your fandom is not normal, neither is the amount of pedo and rape fics. The author who wrote Rey being raped at gun point by Kylo and Kylo killing Finn is still writing their garbage stories and they are immensely popular. Not to mention, the Reylos who wanted to shoot John for making a joke

Reylos are sounding like White Trump Supporters and Conservatives who tries to act like there being Black Trump Supporters and Black Conservatives somehow cancels out of negates the fact that there are many white racists people on the right, who still repeats and believes in racists, hateful rhetoric towards anyone who isn’t White.

Black Conservatives doesn’t negate the fact that there are currently extremists, right wing, alt-right, white supremacists groups who hates  Black people, POC, and any group of people who doesn’t align with their right wing ideals or political beliefs.

And there being black and POC Reylos doesn’t cancel out or negate the fact that there have been racist Reylos who have made racists remarks, comments, fan fiction, and fan work content against the character of Finn with the agenda and the intention to prop up their white ship and white male  fave Kylo Ren/Adam Driver.

Reylos consider themselves to be a progressive fandom and always accuse “Antis” of being aligned with the Alt right. And yet they are the ones who often use the same language/rhetoric that the right uses when they  deny racism or gaslight black people on the subjects of systematic racism and White Supremacy.

As I have seen Reylos use the terms “Fake woke,” “identity politics,” “SJW” etc...whenever  fandom racism is being discussed and there are racists Reylos being called out, of which Reylos want to protect by throwing these terms at those calling out racism in fandom spaces.

As the right uses this style of rhetoric to deny that racism and white supremacy is still a serious issue. And to gaslight black people into making us believe we’re making up racism that isn’t there. Reylos along with other fandoms of white characters/ships have used similar tactics in defense of their fandoms.

Reylos have taken part in writing racist fan fictions about Finn, or problematic Reylo fan fics, or they have erased John/Finn to replace him with Adam/Kylo, or they have joined in on spewing anti-black and racists behaviors, actions, and comments towards John/Finn.

Yet I have a  feeling that many of them don’t have half of the energy to directly address and confront those white Reylos. Like they have to either directly confront, target or harass anyone, especially black fans who call out Racists fandom behavior towards John/Finn, that the Star Wars fandom, including Reylos have been a part of.

Oh but that's the thing, we HAVE addressed racism and racists in the fandom, for years. So don't try to tell me, a queer woman of color, how I just want to be comfortable. I'm so tired of people mislabeling the entire fandom as straight white women who are racist when the vast majority of the fandom has never exhibited any kind of racism whatsoever, it's the very small (albeit loud on Twitter because that's where the assholes go to be assholes and @ actors) minority who are. And I'm tired of the fandom being brought up anytime something happens with John. Y'all need to move on, because we don't control those people and we don't defend them, but we are tired of being grouped in with them when we have nothing to do with them and have actively worked to distance ourselves from them and their rhetoric. Racist star wars fans have been attacking John long before Reylo was a thing because racists be racist and I'm tired of having to deal with the constant onslaught of accusations when the vast majority of us just want to enjoy our fictional pairing in peace. Every single fandom no matter how diverse has had a problem with racism, why? Because racism is still a huge issue, so instead of labeling an entire corner of the star wars fandom as racist horrible people (which ends in death threats, harassment, and doxxing and which I've been on the receiving end of for years) y'all could talk about racism within the star wars community as a whole and stop targeting a group purely for shipping reasons.

You say that your fandom calls out the racists in your fandom and yet here you are in my inbox instead of  the racist Reylos. If you aren’t in their inboxes like you are all up in mine then you are still apart of the problem getting more angry and riled up at me.

I wonder if you have spent time messaging and inboxing Reylos who have taken part in racist and anti-black rhetoric towards John Boyega and Finn. Or do you take the time to directly inbox the ones who have tried to make out John to be a dangerous, predatory, perverted black man who the white woman Daisy Ridley needs to say away from.

You aren’t as bothered by the Reylos who tried to ruin John’s career and are more upset at black fans for calling out racist Reylos than you are at white and Non-black Reylos who repeated the same hateful, racist rhetoric towards John Boyega that has a long history of  getting black males violently attacked, assaulted, murdered and lynched by white lynch mobs and racist white supremacists groups like the KKK.

As they used false and unproven accusations about black males being threatening, dangerous, or sexual predators towards white women in order to justify and incite violence against black men and entire towns of black people. As Reylos proudly did the same things by accusing John without proof or evidence of being obsessed with white women and of being a threat or a danger towards Daisy Ridley, in which they are a fandom were concerned for her safety or in which she needed to stay away from John for her own well being and safety.

White Reylos have tried to turn John’s friendship with Daisy into an ugly thing, all because of their hatred of him and said that it was “gross” to be seeing Daisy sit next to John because they are holding a grudge against him over a joke told about a fictional ship.

Yet somehow I doubt that you’re all up in their inboxes like you are all up in mine. Because you rather directly try to control what me a black fan writes about fandom racism, than directly address the white and anti-black Reylos that there are.

There being black, POC, and LGBT Reylos does not negate the nasty racism that white and even Non-black POC  Reylos have displayed towards John Boyega/Finn. Nor does it make the ship Reylo itself any sort of special representation, since at the end of the day Reylo is still a heterosexual, white ship which has been done a thousand times before, even with the “enemy to lovers” or “Good girl falls for the bad boy” trope.

I’ll keep on talking about racist fandoms as I see fit. And none of your trying to turn Reylos into some sort of victimized, oppressed fandom is going to change that.
