I'm wishing you all the best and a happy Christmas to those who celebrate. I'm going through a stressful time and now suspect I have pneumonia. I'm suffering 5 years and 7 months on since my former doctor caused me to sustain a brain injury and akathisia.
A slightly better day. I can't sing a whole song still, but I'm able to hit the notes and hold them for longer today. The video is the original and then me. Thank you for listening.
It's now 5 and ½ years since my former doctor caused me to sustain an iatrogenic brain injury, akathisia, etc. changing my life forever and leaving me to need a wheelchair full-time and needing 24-hour-care. Thank you to those who've stayed in my life.
This boy is amazing! He was brilliant recently when I suffered a medical incident.
Remembering my kind, understanding, courageous, and beautiful friend Karen. She was tortured due to akathisia and took her own life a year ago today.

Met a lovely writer chap called Richard this evening, he signed a copy of his new book for me.
Akathisia causes such horrific symptoms, including overwhelming terror, that some sufferers feel death is their only escape from it. People need to have informed consent.

After my former doctor caused me to sustain a brain injury I had to end friendships and cut off family members as they were incredibly rude and ignorant to me. I was informed by Headway that sadly, it's very common for people not to be understanding or to be uncaring after someone's suffered a brain injury. (Headway is the UK-wide charity that works to improve life after brain injury.) I so wish I'd quoted Bernard Black to those former friends and family members now! 🤣
Today is International Akathisia Awareness Day. Medication should generally be tapered off slowly with a patient-led taper. Visit https://missd.co/
Happy National Tabby Awareness Day! Douglas is such an affectionate cat. ❤️🐱
It's Marwood's 2nd birthday! 🎈🥎
