canโ€™t believe that John Lennon recorded a demo in his home almost half a century ago and the little cassette tape was saved and then cherished for years and years and years and then eventually people figured out a way to make it into a real song and now I get to listen to that song while I sit at my desk at work.

life flows on within you and without you

i know we all miss george and wish he could still be here. but i take comfort in his unwavering devotion to his spirituality, in the fact that he never seemed to fear death, in the way that he conceptualized the human spirit as eternal. his certainly is.
