joel, a man who has stated his only reason for continuing on was family, is known to be especially brutal when people in his inner circle are harmed and in danger:

fireflies: surely telling him we're going to kill his kid will have no consequences

“It’s quite straightforward, really,” said Neville modestly. “I’d been in here about a day and a half, and getting really hungry, and wishing I could get something to eat, and that’s when the passage to the Hog’s Head opened up. I went through it and met Aberforth. He’s been providing us with food, because for some reason, that’s the one thing the room doesn’t really do.”

“Yeah, well, food’s one of the five exceptions to Gamp’s Law of Elemental Transfiguration,” said Ron to general astonishment.

I love Ron

I'm rereading OotP and the Order is escorting Harry, Hermione and the Weasley kids to the Hogwarts Express.

A lot is made at this point of Sirius attending in his animagus form and the risk of him being recognised.

Moody AND Lupin are with them, both of whom taught (or had an imposter teach) at Hogwarts. Surely the students would have recognised them? Isnt that a risk?

'"Amortentia doesn't really create love, of course. It is impossible to manufacture or imitate love. No, this will simply cause a powerful infatuation or obsession. It is probably the most dangerous and powerful potion in this room--oh yes," he said, nodding gravely at Malfoy and Nott, both of whom were smirking skeptically. "When you have seen as much of life as I have, you will not underestimate the power of obsessive love. . . "

Consider Tom Riddle. Obsessive love created him. And another's obsessive love brought him down.

“I love Dog. I’ve been asking for a dog since season two and to finally get a dog is great, but that dog in particular just loves me. When I see the dog, he runs up and gets on his hind legs and gives me a hug. That’s how much he loves me. He doesn’t do that to anybody. I want to work with the dog as much as possible. I think the dog should have his own spin-off show. I want a Dog action figure.”

There needs to be a funko pop of Dog

Update: I got a funk pop of dog for Christmas, I'm very happy

Last night I actually thought ‘hmm yeah I haven’t seen John C. McGinley in anything for a few years’ and HERE HE IS IN THE NEW B99 EPISODE. What an unexpected but pleasant surprise.

Lost my shit the second I saw him!
