Hello clone clone club! Welcome to Beth Childs appreciation week. Since Beth Childs appreciation day the members of the bethchildsnetwork and I planned didn’t really end up happening because of comic-con I wanted to plan something else. So, this is the second attempt, and thanks to tatianathevampireslayer and canadiancop offering to help me out, it turned into an appreciation week with some pretty cool themed days! Thanks guys!

Hey guys! So, I know this place hasn't been super active lately, and I was thinking maybe we could do some sort of activity or day, just for fun? This idea is kind of lame, but what about like a day where we all just spew our Beth headcanons everywhere? I know there are a lot of those already out there on tumblr, but yeah. Or a Beth Childs appreciation day? Does anyone else have any ideas for a fun day, or just something to get this place going again? Hopefully we can all have some fun!

You look like the go-to girl for theories, so... has anybody think of a theory about Beth who tried to track down Sarah, but found Mrs S instead? That would explain Siobhan's knowledge and the plot hole about Beth not knowing that there was a clone with a criminal record.
"The go-to girl for theories" eh? You make me blush. I assure you, I am just one of many "go-to" analysis folks in the cloneclub of tumblr — this site is full of some smart cookies for sure. I learn something new from these lovely people everyday.
Anyways, on to the theories at hand.
I am incredibly vocal in my adoration for Beth and my desire to know everything about her. Beth Childs is the original mystery, and I am praying that there is more to her than what we’ve gotten thus far. You pose some interesting points here actually.
I feel like S exists as a middleman between a lot of different factions — Castor and Leda included. For Beth to run into S…..well, S has the resources and influence to scare Beth off of Sarah’s trail completely
We also have to remember that Sammy’s message to Beth was to “keep the faith” and that “Paul’s like me, he’s a ghost.” The wording of this would suggest that Beth knew who and what a ghost was, and that she knew what there was to keep faith in. A previous encounter with S could explain this, as S obviously knew about Castor.
Beth knowing about Castor or at least having contact with S could logically explain her decline a little bit more — finding out that you’re a clone and shooting a woman is one thing, finding out that there are massive forces at play beyond what you can conceive, well, that’s a whole other ballpit.
I assure you, I will be spending a very large portion of this hiatus theorizing and wondering about Beth Childs (and villain!beth is still a possibility in the back of my mind).
Beth Childs is my white whale, and I’ll be Ahab-ing it all up for these next nine months.

I have a theory for the finale tonight! This has probably been said already, but whatever. In the plot synopsis of tonight’s episode, it Sarah will join forces with an unlikely ally. What if it’s Beth? That’s a pretty unlikely ally, since she’s supposed to be dead. I just really need her to be alive. [*swan dives into ballpit*]
I’m so not emotionally ready for this episode. I have to go to a birthday party for a family friend tonight, and all I can think about so the fate of fictional characters. I’m sad I won’t be able to watch it live. [*hugs all of you*] Good luck tonight guys!
