”Should I be combating whoever is blasting the National Anthem              and Star Spangled Banner with Party in the U.S.A. right now?”

”…Y’know.. Just because I can do that sorta thing.                          Or do you think any shred of humor in doing that                          would just go right over Cap’s head? Better yet,                          does he even know who Miley Cyrus is?”

”I feel like he might’a skipped over that           name in his self-taught History 101.”

" Well I don't really know the guy well   enough to make that judgement, but   from what I've gathered, I think he'd be   thoroughly offended, but also proud if   he recognized Miley Cyrus. "

"I saw you with him/her."
"I don't want to be just your mistress anymore."
"Is it me or her/him?"
"I'm not jealous."
"I already have a date tonight."
"You had a chance and you blew it -- I'm moving on."
"Was I not good enough?"
"Wasn't I enough?"
"It was a one time thing."
"S/He meant nothing, I swear."
"Am I supposed to wait on you forever?"
"Leave me alone, I'm trying to pack."
"I'm staying at (insert name)'s place tonight."
"I didn't -- oh God, I didn't mean to hit you that hard."
"Please forgive me."
"Who's number is this?"
"It was always her/him, wasn't it?"
"I wish I could hate you. I wish I didn't love you."
"Maybe you should be thinking with your head. And I mean the one attached to your neck."
"If you loved me, then why did you ever go with her?"
"I'm not going to let you love me."
"I'm never going to let my feelings get the best of me."
"I'll be honest. I want to be with you more than anything. But I won't let myself."
"I'm trying to move on, you should too."
"S/He is making me happy again. Why do you want to ruin that?"
"I gave up on you."
"You made out with me. That's not official, and that's not marking me as yours."
"I think we need a break."
"I think I love you more than you love me."
"This is goodbye, and don't be surprised if you never see me again."
"I'm sorry that I loved you."
"The way you kissed her? You really don't love me, it's apparent."

God Damn Ignorance || agxntbxss

The fight had gotten monotonous over the years.                           There was nothing left but staleness and                           disappointment. The same punches, the same                           moves, the same result. The pattern was repeated,                           and it was a l l that remained of his journey. It wasn't                           a journey really. His story was NO voyage, NO epic tale.                           it was just the bitter reality of a man tossed out like t r a s h.                           Trash trying to survive in a world of DIAMONDS. Red                           had become the color he adopted to symbolize the way                           he lived. The blood that kept him alive, was also the                           thing that helped him survive. The way in which it ran                           cold, any remnants of emotions crushed out of it, leaving                           it just as s t a l e and disappointing as the rest of his life.

Miles felt a fist make contact with his body, and he swiveled             to reduce the impact, returning a blow of his own. There was             no pain. After years of getting beaten up, ears of stomaching             the punches and kicks of others, he had grown immune to it.             Or perhaps just accustomed. Perhaps now he just required it,             becoming a STAPLE part of his life, like breathing. The fight was             escalating quickly, because his opponent was fighting with passion,             with emotion, things that Miles no longer possessed. A scoff             escaped the man's lips as he went after his adversary, using             his b r a i n rather than his PRIMAL urges.

"Her name is Skye… I don’t think it’s her real name, but everyone has called her that since before I can remember." She told him, fidgeting impatiently, "Look, it’s really important to me that I find this Miles fellow, okay?"

His suspicion had just been confirmed, and yet, Miles felt like it was still came as a shock. He had guessed before she spoke, but somehow it was still an absolute surprise when she spoke her name. A name he hadn't heard in a long time, one he stopped himself from thinking about. It had taken time--- a l o t of time, but he slowly moved on. Moved past that time of his life, and created something else for him. But they said, there was only so far you could run before your past caught up with you and his came directly to find him.

" I'm Miles Lydon. Why are you                searching for me? "

"Oh god, do I know that feeling. I rely on grants and those don’t always come in—there were days when I was literally borrowing from Peter to pay Paul especially after my breakup two boyfriends ago. My current one more than keeps me afloat and I don’t like it, but he’s insistent that it will better allow me to continue my work and who would argue against that?”

" While I don't think I can empathize, I certainly can    sympathize with that. It's a struggle to determine    exactly what I want, but life is allowing me to learn    what I definitely don't want, so I guess I'll just have    to work backwards, crossing things off the list, rather    than writing one. "

Miles said, as he came to a stop. The cafe with free             WiFi that he had been hoping to find was across the             street, and he hadn't even realized that he covered so             much ground.Maybe because they were strangers, he             confessed more to Jane than he did to most.

"Please try, if you have the time. I’ve been staring at it so long I might go insane."

" I was planning on it anyways. But   I'm wondering two things. First who   created this server. Because they   safe guarded it better than anyone I   have ever encountered and I have   encountered plenty. Second, why are   you trying to crack it? "

"No problem, I like taking care of people," she said as she moved to the kitchen to make some coffee. “You’re at my house. Wherever you need to get to, I can get you once you’re fed.”

" That's an--- interesting trait for a Stark. "    He said, following her out, looking and    studying his surroundings, trying to see    if anything would spur his memory of the    previous night. Gingerly rubbing his head,    the pain of hitting it the night before, paired    with the hangover wasn't doing too well for    the headache. " Anything I can help with? "    Miles asked, as he entered the kitchen after her.

"Unless you’ve studied the map for years you’d still probably get lost working here. I understand. So, I guess you’ll be on your way then."

" Seems like it. But yeah, sorry for    taking up your time.  I'll get going    and leave you to your---work. If I'm    back, it's probably because I got    lost again. "
