This was the most ambitious project I've done so far. The last two months have been a complete blur. I pushed myself to illustrate a cover worthy of these characters, and tried to feature as many as I could with the time frame we had. Some days I worried I wouldn't be able to make this happen, it was really hard, but this has been my dream project. I originally had this concept way back in 2009. Of course, in those days, there weren't nearly as many characters. For our mod team to give me the green light and trust me with such a monumental pitch meant the world to me. I just want this cover to draw in every single lover of Final Fantasy in some way. I want every fan to feel represented and excited when they see this 💛
