She dances through the light-up room, Took my hand and danced crazily, I touched her face and it was not a dream, We run again through the streets

She dances in gray pavements along the way, You know I try to keep my pace with my two left feet, But she stops in the middle laughing at how I look, “Crazy, undeniably sexy awkward” she says.

One last look and I touch her face under the night sky, Slowly moving my lips towards her lips, Until she places one finger over her subtle kiss and say, “You will get more chances to kiss me in the future”

We smiled then burst into laughter.

For close to 40 years, around 300 Brill trolleys drove the streets of Vancouver, powering the city’s transit system, before they were taken out of commission in the mid 1980s. Now the last trolleys sit 700 kilometers away in the ghost town of Sandon, BC. Camera: Canon EOS 5D Mark IV.
