The difference between practice and textbook is not only the medicine but also the owners.
People bought a mare they didn’t know was pregnant, I see a clear twin membrane (or what I highly suspect to be a twin membrane), so I make a plan for monitoring and discuss medically aborting her because she was already getting uncomfortable.
They don’t want to do anything more because of financial reasons. And while I have all the compassion in the world for that please don’t let your mare *and* two foals die. Just at least try to get your mare out alive
