Mulder is so funny because he gets into trouble unfathomably quickly. Scully will turn around for less than a second to see where that noise came from and then turn back to where they were looking out a window only to see Mulder three floors down heading directly to contaminate a heavily guarded crime scene. He just moves so fast he’s like a little hamster in a long coat out to cause as much trouble as possible and I love it
