“Yes. But just let me do something for the boy, alright?” He said, and put the money into his wallet. “So, where should we go, Shio? You lead.”

“Okay. So, can we go to that one first?”

She pointed to the roller coaster near the snack bar.

Something that really bothers me about people calling Lucy weak is the fact that she spent most of her life on her father's estate. She had probably never been in real danger before facing Bora in Hargeon. Most of the powerful mages in FT (Natsu, Gray, Erza, Laxus, Mira, etc.) have been in the guild for at least a decade. So you’re absolutely right. It’s amazing that she’s been able to catch up and grow as quickly as she has. That alone is proof of how strong she is, regardless of the other things I listed in my post earlier.
