- What time do you wake up in the morning? - I wake up at the 7:30 am. 

- Did you try start new life from Monday? - I’m athlete. Does it embodiment of “new life from Monday”, no? - What do you do in morning at first? - At first, I сheck my social networks.

- Which does schedule of your training? - I training every day 7 hours. My only holiday is Sunday. - What about your daily ration? - I eat simple food like borscht, meat, potatoes. I like some fast food too (I think you won’t writing about it, ahaha). - Do you have some products which is missing for many years in your diet? - I don’t eat any seefood but it doesn’t necessary limitation: I hate marine reptiles.

- What about your relations with alcohol?  - We are actively looking to each other.

- What do you deny yourself? - I go back to the previous question: I deny myself in alcohol.

- What is in your life is sport? - I like drive in the evening Kiev.

- Can the body accustom to regular physical activities or every workout - it’s an effort? - Every training - new event isn’t related to the last. This is like small life. - What would be if you wasn’t training for month? - I think, I would put on 10 kilograms, be fat and ugly.

- Gymnastics after 10 years wiil be.. - More difficult kind of sport. 

- In 50 years you will be.. - Active person and example to follow for my children.

Happy Birthday, my dear!

Allow me to answer one question from the interview that everyone keeps asking him: he plans to stay in Ukraine and compete for Ukraine in Tokyo 2020. Aside from patriotism and wanting to improve the gymnastics situation in Ukraine, the real reason he doesn’t want to leave is his coach. He can’t imagine going anywhere or succeeding in the sport without Gennadiy Sartinskiy. I can’t begin to tell you how connected those two are since they clearly share the same vision on the career path.

Vera Caslavska, one of the greatest gymnasts of the 20th century, passed away Tuesday in the Czech Republic following a long battle with pancreatic cancer. She was 74.
