Catching up on some beach time this weekend! 💪🏼💦☀️ If you ever get the chance guys, try to add in some bare foot walking or running in your week! Especially on sand or grass 😃🙌🏼 It’s so good for building up strength in your feet (which reduces wear and tear on your knee and hip joints) PLUS..it also helps reduce inflammation in your body and improve your sleep!! 😴👌🏼 I remember my athletics coach even used to make us walk on the freezing cold grass after out training sessions during winter!! 🌾❄️ It was the WORST!! 😐 but so good for you!! 😁 So…who’s going barefoot this weekend with me!! 😝 ab❤️x #freshbodyfitmind
BEST LUNCH EVERRRRR Made 3 vegan wraps! Used @australiasownorganic wraps w/ quinoa that I bought from woolies (they taste really good, spread all 3 with hummos (this was the highlight of the wraps tbh) and filled them up with baby spinach, grated carrots, grated beets, red cabbage, red onion, cucumber and @forbiddenfoods red rice!
