Recipe: Blend 2-3 ripe frozen bananas with 1 tsp vanilla extract until it gets creamy. For the swirl blend 1 big handful of strawberries and a squeeze of lime juice. Mix the strawberry sauce with the icecream to get the beautiful swirl. But don´t overmix it. Fill it in a jar and enjoy! #letscookvegan #nicecream

Recipe: Beet Hummus: 1 roasted beet ½ head of roasted garlic 1 ½ cups chickpeas 2 tablespoons lemon 2 tablespoons tahini ¼ cup olive oil Tofu: ½ block tofu cut into 4 rectangular slices 2 tablespoons maple syrup 2 tablespoons sriracha 1 tablespoons soy sauce 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder Salt and pepper to taste
Directions: -Throw beet hummus ingredients into a food processor, blend until smooth and set aside. -Cut a block of tofu in half, cut one half into 4 rectangular slices. -Combine tofu marinade ingredients, pour it onto the tofu until fully coated and let it marinade for 30 mins to an hour. -Lightly oil a grill pan and bring to medium high heat. -Cook the tofu for 3-5 minutes until seared on both sides and cooked through. -Brush on any leftover marinade during cooking. - Use hummus and tofu in a sandwich with bread, veggies of your choice! Consist of: Tofu Carrot shreds Cucumber sticks Avo Mango sliced Purple Cabbage shred Iceberg lettuce shreds Mint Basil Rice paper Sesame seeds
Sauce 2 tbsp almond butter 3 tbsp Tamari 1 red chilli 2-3 garlic cloves Knob of ginger 2 limes 1/3 cup water
Wrap veggies in rice paper and serve with sesame seeds. Blend sauce ingredients in high speed blender til smooth. Enjoy. #letscookvegan
