Working retail, I Feel you on that bakery thing. Just 4 more days til Christmas! Hopefully it won't be too bad between then. ♥
I wanted to cry when I saw the scheduled for this week yesterday, cause I’m working from 1:30-5:30 Wednesday. And about mid day is when were the busiest on a normal day, but think about the Day before Christmas ;-;
I was lucky on Thanksgiving cause I didn’t work that week Monday-Thursday, I am not looking forward to work at all this week.
During the holiday season in Bakery’s and Deli’s for stores like WalMart or Hannaford we’re going about 300 miles an hour trying to keep up with orders. People want rolls and hams and turkeys, and most of this stuff can only be started a day or two before; because people who are older, lazy, or can’t cook worth shit and wanna see their in-laws face’s when they taste a good meal order basically entire Holiday meals from them.
I see a bunch people say not to be mean or rude to cashiers when thing’s don’t go your way at a store. But please don’t get angry if someone doesn’t acknowledge you right away there either. I’m not entirely sure about Deli, because I work in the Bakery at a Hannaford. But NORMALLY it may seem like there,s three people behind the counter that can help you. But the truth is that really, there is likely only one. From 9AM to about 2PM there’s a cake decorator in, one person comes in at 5 AM to do the baking. And then there is ONE person to keep an eye on and take care of the floor.
This INCLUDES packaging and putting all the stuff on the floor that the baker has already gotten done and has cooled enough. As well as keeping up with muffin cases and children who want cookies and getting frozen things out of the Freezer that need’s to be out on the floor. They also have to make sure that breads are taken off the floor at the right time and that everything that the baker is getting done is packaged and put out ASAP.
In conclusion, think before your an impatient little bitch——cause some days it really really seems worth being fired and having charges brought up against you to punch an Asshole in the face.
I'm constantly torn between wanting an Author to kill a character so that the book is more realistic and wanting them to not because I'll hate them forever.

Well, since your one of the people that I owe on my OUaT Jack Frost side-blog I'm glad you said that! xD But yeah, I've tried a few times to make myself do replies but it only seems to work on the VK blogs >-> the other ones I just kinda stare blankly at the screen for about an hour or so before giving up o-o this is the fluffiest ship to ever exist It is, you should watch it if/when you get the chance! :3 The Dubbed and Subbed episodes are both on Hulu if you have access to that.

Saphir was actually glad they had ended up in this dimension, although it pissed off his brother Saphir liked it when they ended up near the elves. although this one was certainly not one he had been familiar with. Truth be told Saphir had fallen for the beauty of this land. The flowers and green grass and the air…so pure. Not polluted like Nemesis with its evil energy. He didn’t feel nearly as sick either.

In any case--he had done nothing to truly earn her suspicion, and so she responded politely; with a small smile on her face. "Nature in itself is enchanting; I hope that when I one day sail over the seas to Valinor I can meet Yavanna. But that is a dream for another day." When he apologized she shook her head and told him. Celestial gave a slight curtsy to the women in greeting before telling her. “I hope that you are enjoying your stay in Lothloríen—it’s a truly beautiful place this time of year.”
She offered the elf a gentle smile although she was perhaps put off by the curtsy. She had spent the better part of an age in Valinor so usually she was normally in the others position. “It is indeed.” She replied lightly.
"If you have the chance to watch it, the sun rise in the forest during the winter is a truly magnificant sight with the light reflecting off of both the snow and the golden leafs it's almost magical." Celestial told her, though honestly she much preferred the view by the river for sunrises--when the light reflected off of both the ice near the edge, the snow and the golden leafs...but it was something she really only shared with those close to her. Though she wouldn't try to deter the woman if she found the spot on her own.
“What is it that has you feeling sad enough that you need comfort? Has something happened, or is it just a general sadness?” Celestial questioned, reaching over to put a hand on his arm in an attempt to comfort him. She very much did not enjoy seeing anyone in a mood like this, and would do her best to try and help.
"It is just a general sadness" Tuor responded. "A concern for the future. It is too incertain for me, and that creates doubts about my safety. I do not like that" he added.
"The future is--" Celestial paused for a moment, trying to decide how to continue before speaking again after a moment. "The future is not something that we must consern ourself with. It is not here, and it is not something that we will ever have to worry about. There is always only the here and the now--and we will never catch up to the future, for we're always in the present. Thinking about fate and how far we will make it in this world. It will only cause us to worry unnecessarily." She said, pausing for another moment before adding.
"You should focus on what is, and not what may or may not come tomorrow Tuor, for it will only cause you grief."
“You should not lie about being sick Estel. When sick you need rest and healing, no matter how much you may not like the fact. Must I call for Lord Elrond to have him help me get you to comply?” Celestial questioned, her tone anything but joking.
Estel’s eyes grew wide at the mention of his father. “No!” He cried and then coughed for another minute. “No… He’d make me drink some nasty medicine,”
Celestial held back a laugh at his response before telling him. "Well then, I suggest you get back into bed--if you do I promise that I will not have someone fetch him. But you must listen to me." With his cough, she was thinking that a hot cloth over his chest and some tea might help--since he was so against actual medicine.
