levihan and their concept of being together

in chapter 126, hanji was finally given a chance to be able to express their grievances and frustrations without holding back. instead of saying something like "I'm very tired, I want to run away", hanji instead says they want to live with together with levi. hanji voiced out a personal desire of theirs and it was to be free from all the mess and stay together with levi.

in 132 while levi says his farewell to hanji, instead of going for a standard salute he goes on to place his fist over hanji's chest—over hanji's heart. in a sense they did the salute together. I guess you coulx interpret this as levi devoting their heart to hanji.

while he might not be with hanji in a literal sense when they fought the colossal titans, a part of him was with hanji.

even when the plane took off, levi asks hanji to watch over them.

because whatever they do, they do it together. that's how it has always been right from the start. levi and hanji throughout the series were often depicted to be working closely. they are always together and it will always be that way—even death cannot separate them.
