Not Patrick Kane related BUT I kind of feel the need to talk about it!
As you might know, I live in Montreal. I’m a Habs and Blackhawks fan. When the Habs picked David Reinbacher, I was happy! I didn’t knew the guy but aye YAY! Welcome here! And it made me so sad to see all the hate he got? It broke my heart because he looked like such a GOOD KID?!
Being drafted to the NHL is supposed to be the happiest day of his life and people ruined it
So me and my friend decided to do something to reverse the hate and the negativity. The idea was to get all the positive comments
And it worked out pretty well! We got 150-200 comments in less than 24h! It was July 1st and my friend went to her workplace since everything was closed to print everything and during our bus ride to Brossard, at the Habs training facility, we glued all the comments in the notebook.
Then, we met David Reinbacher to give him this awesome book. I promise he was so happy looking at all the comments, that was an emotional moment and in the end, we’re so happy we could make a positive difference ❤️
After this I had a lot of interview request it was a bit crazy but it’s been fun! If you’re curious and want to hear what I had to say :

So Kaner had arthritis in his hip. That’s why he had to wait for this surgery and not have it done years ago like lots where saying.
I hope it all goes well and he makes a full recovery.

Honestly today i’m just feeling so bad because of Patrick Kane. Because even if I was sad to see him leave Chicago, I was kind of excited to see him with the Rangers, to get to know more people from NY and maybe make some Rangers fans friends and…and everything went so wrong? It’s absolutely not his fault and despite everything i’m very proud of him because no matter what they might say, I know he did his best. I’m just sad it had to go this way…
Idk what’s next for him but hey, i’ve always been there, I always will and in the end I just want him to be happy.

You know whose fault this isn’t? Patrick’s.
He’s 34 years old playing with injury and one good hip and still had 6 points in 7 games.
It’s not his fault that the coach didn’t know how to use him. It’s not his fault that all the other superstars didn’t show up.
