How did you eat/exercise when recovering from being underweight? And how did you deal with the weight gain? I know I need to gain weight to be healthy but I'm scared of feeling and looking fat! Thanks in advance, I just want to be healthy and happy and not worry about calories/food/exercise All the time
Hey girl!
I realised that my health and wellbeing is more important than looking super thin and being a low number on the scale. I researched more about the health risks of being underweight short and long term.
I started following people on social media that were weightlifting and eating more food and didn’t care about the number on the scales and my mind slowly changed as well.
I don’t feel like i had a super hard time adjusting because i educated myself on the amount i should be eating daily, how important it is to EAT enough to keep your body functioning at high levels, i was missing my period for almost a year which is a big sign that something is not right!
I’d say educate yourself! Put your body’s health first! nourish your body and take good care of yourself, you are BEAUTIFUL at any shape or size, confidence is a hard thing to build on and takes some time
There are SO many resources on the internet you should take a look at about confidence, recovery, food ideas and more.
I hope that helps :( if you have any other questions or don’t think i answered adequately please message me!! xxxxx
