Drained my paypal acct balance and sent it over to the #ocetisakowin camp. Army Corps of Engineers plan on evicting water protectors in a little over a week. My 77$ I accumulated from music/shirt sales may not be much, but there's nothing more precious than water. It's the very least I can give. I encourage anyone and everyone to do the same. #NODAPL

consider a tax-deductible donation for our continued survival.

Every donation helps us continue doing what we do. We enjoy being a part of things we believe in that are also bigger than ourselves without having to raise subscription or DIY advertising rates.

thanx to art fuentes for our sweet astro monkey, tom grrrl for the music and billy for the editing. i think this is our best vid yet.

Not only will I be making a donation to RAZORCAKE this year, I also donated the music for this video!!

Do yer friggin’ part, eh?

I recorded a podcast with Daryl from Razorcake last month. I was in Los Angeles and ran in to him at the Spokenest show. We made lunch plans. He seduced me with some delicious food, and convinced me I should do a podcast with him...

Don’t judge me. The food was, like... REALLY good.

I love Razorcake. I think they are truly doing their part, and I was honored to have the opportunity to chat with Daryl.

Check it out here!

Travel the world. Jump in puddles. Buy yourself flowers. Or stay home, pretend you’re in a cold place, and listen to this podcast. The world is a really cool place sometimes, and this podcast is inspired by some of my favorite places in Europe that I’ve been or places where some of my friends are from. Europe taught me that a song in German can be my favorite song, even if I have no idea what anything means. Being in Europe exposed me to a new side of punk and DIY that I never imagined I’d experience firsthand. This playlist feeds my fernweh. -Shereen Lisa Dudar

I can’t help but feel helpless and confused why anyone would decide to open fire on a Planned Parenthood clinic. Maybe it hits too close to home, knowing people who work at said clinics. Or the fact that I, myself, have many times walked in to a Planned Parenthood clinic to receive affordable STI testing and free condoms. Maybe it hits too fucking close to home.

I am baffled by the rhetoric this nation spews in justifying the killing of people when it comes to any sort of relation to Planned Parenthood. Yet, not a single one of these racist assholes are going to lift a finger and say shit when a police officer kills an innocent human. Or the government decides to bomb a Doctors w/o Borders hospital. Where do you get off thinking you are in the right?

This world is awful and terrible and so maddening that I fear the future. So much, that I BELIEVE organizations like Planned Parenthood should exist! No more innocent lives should be put in danger. Family planning is so crucial in maintaining a just society. When you wanna talk about where’s funding for refugees gonna come from or where the funding for education is gonna come from. Look at this crooked fucking country in which people believe that if a woman is raped by a man, she has no say in terminating a pregnancy, might she have been impregnated. Where does the support for that woman or that child come from? Not a single goddamn candidate who believes such, is gonna spare a cent for services for these victims of humanity.

Fuck you! Fuck your god! Fuck your holiday. Fuck your belief that you have any more of a right to take a “life”. You have NO right. You are a disgrace to humanity. You are a threat to me, my friends, this country, and this world.

I stand with Planned Parenthood.
