About the log out button thing. On your dash,in the top right corner,if you click the icon farthest to the right (it shows all your account info,followers,likes,etc.) In the top right corner of that there is a button that says log out. :)

i have like very little? i mean my back is slightly bent you cant even notice but it hurts all the time and im trying to keep my back as straight as possible but i just feel like if i so much bend it a bit it’s going to get worse and i really dont want that? im like super paranoid
im going to a physiotherapist next monday so he can give me like exercises to make my back muscles stronger and stuff but i dunno :/ i hope it helps and i hope the exercises make the pain go away because i cant stand it its constant it never goes away
i dont know why but that word did cheer me up it sounds really funny haha thank you love. i dont think people notice? since everytime i’m out i try to keep my back as straight as i can and stuff but yeah my main concern is it not getting worse :c
