i just found out tumblr was storing over three GIGABYTES of cookies on my device without me knowing and that's why it's been running so fucking slow recently... incredible. anyways everyone go clear your fucking cookies. don't let this website run a goddamn video game's worth of disc space in the background for no good reason.

on firefox: settings → search "cookies" → scroll down → "manage cookies" → tumblr should be at the very top because of how much space it's taking → select it → clear cookies → save changes. done

#jesus christ mine was storing nearly 2gb#it's been crazy laggy for me for over a month and it's been driving me nuts

decided to sit through taylor's album while i do rly boring work today and i'm just. perplexed. like for the most part it all sounds the same and she sounds fucking bored and it's very "boo hoo i'm taylor swift" but then she'll drop these lyrics that make me actually laugh out loud because they're so absurd. i'd say that she needs a five year break from songwriting at the very minimum because there's no way this is sustainable but it's sustainable because she's taylor swift and she could snore into the microphone for an hour straight and ppl would be like omg fireeee she's in her sleepy era 😴🌛🛌

#actually i'd listen to a tswift snoring album because at least it'd be fucking different. snorkkkmimimi. 🔥#i'm just perplexed lol...... i'm having fun writing notes on each song because most of them are just lyrics that made me laugh#but i rly do not understand the appeal it feels very much like she just copy-pasted the same song thirty times. like she sounds bored#which is actually why some of these lyrics are SOOO funny so me because she delivers them in this like. very nonchalant tone.#i'm only a third of the way through but idk. not very hopeful the rest will be any different or better aghksa#🛹

i couldn't help but laugh at this as soon as i saw this. the controversy couch......

anyways they backtracked & now they're going to use their streaming platform as a place to watch their stuff a month early and ad-free. and patreon members will get a free subscription to the platform instead of the 50% off discount. & also general apologies about the way they dropped the news and the "everyone can afford $6 a month" comment lmfao.
