Evacuate Panic City part 2

Honestly why would anybody want to risk the health of a pitcher?? Noah is so young and is already pitching through a physical ailment, so why push him to 8 innings and more than 108 pitches?? Also, if Noah were to blow it in the 8th like Harvey in Game 5 of the World Series last year everybody would be pissed at Terry for that. There's no winning when you're a manager and I think that he made the right moves (although I do agree with you on how he could have managed his bullpen differently but he did what any manager would do).
