Another Small Update

Okay, so the news on the policy change dropped while I was at MFF, well, as of writing still am. Regardless, I'll be purging my nsfw material, which includes all kink art. Afaik most if not all of that is archived elsewhere but I'll be double checking when I go through and do it. Which will be tonight (dec 3rd) when I get home from my road trip from MFF. There won't be any further nsfw/kink material here either. I'm sorry. However it will all be posted to Twitter and Mastodon. Please, I highly encourage you to follow one of the two- but if you can't or don't desire to my sfw stuff well still show up here as well.

Small Talk

Hey everyone, I wanted to break the silence a bit and say (up front), thank you for 800 followers. Thats... impressive, for me anyway. In the grand scheme obviously there’s people with far more. But when I originally started pushing art again years ago I never would’ve guessed that I’d get to where I’m at here. And specifically some of you are quite generous and helpful. Dont worry about whether you have or havent, just, acknowledging that some people do well above and beyond. To that end, a lot of the people I’ve spoken with, at length or otherwise, have been very understanding, kind, and sweet. Which is great, because I often have a hard time with social anything. However I do want to clear the air that... frankly I dont do much here beyond posting finished pieces of art. And I realize that. It’s partly intentional as sad as it is to say. I dont feel I want to post many things other than art stuff Im feeling confident in. There’s, well, a lot of users on tumblr that Im not interested in dealing with- being a trans girl on the net has its rough patches, and I only have so much energy in my day. I can’t really be left to deal with people who dont like me on that specific point. Subsequently, Im left just posting my finished bits of art and moving on. I know it may seem a bit of a reach, or harsh even, but it’s frankly what Im comfortable with. If you’ve enjoyed the ride so far. Keep on keepin on; because Ive got no future plans to change any of that. This space will continue as it has. And I’ll slowly be cleaning it up and eventually rebuilding a more “resume-like” area again. But I did want to say thanks at the least. Because sharing and liking things I do makes a big difference, both for just me and my confidence, as well as making what I do for a living more possible. And lastly, I will be attending MFF this year. I had a great time last year, and Im looking forward to it again. Hopefully Ill have some fun stories to bring home with me <3
