“Oh. So it;s a one seater? Okay! I will try to end this as fast as possible.” Suki says keeping her speed down to speak to Sanger properly as she dresses into her battle attire.

“Unfortunately, it is a one-seater, as you call it. Now, let us move. We need to resolve this before it threatens more innocent lives.” Sanger donned his coat and leapt up unto the Dygenguard’s cockpit, the hatch closing behind him as the Super Robot came to life.

She just finished. “I guess we can get breakfast later.” Grabbing her new blade - yet unsheathed at all, and steps outside - thinking. “Which city shall we go for clues?”

“I’ll follow your lead. I still don’t know much about the surrounding area as well as I’d like, so we could check into rumors regarding this incident.” As Sanger said this, he finished preparing Dygenguard for launch, the machine moving an arm to ensure it was operational. “Dygenguard, ready for takeoff! Heed my words, evildoers! I am Sanger! Sanger Zonvolt! The Sword that smites Evil! Miss Suki and I will find you, and stop your dastardly schemes!”

“Perhaps when we’ve settled things involving the barrier, I can show you. All I can say is that it has enough room to properly trace my movements.”

“Alright! Let’s get dressed and head out.”

“Shall I prepare Dygenguard for launch, as well, miss Suki?”

“Then let’s go sometimes this week. I’m sure we can wrap up everything with the barrier to the Netherworld in just a couple days or so.”

“That sounds satisfactory to me. I look forward to the sparring, assuming we manage to finish things first..”

“Awe~ Bummer. I would have totally liked to fight you.”

“I’m afraid I would not have been a competent opponent. My forte is in the sword, while yours is in martial arts. Your speed would have allowed you to win fairly. Perhaps one day, when I have honed my technique, we could spar?”

“With help from the Room of Spirit & Time from Universe 8 we may be able to get you a years worth of training done in one day. It’ll be just what you need Sanger.”

“I simply hope I don’t disappoint you as an opponent, miss Suki. However, a samurai never passes a chance to hone his craft.”

“Awe~ Bummer. I would have totally liked to fight you.”

“Unfortunately, no. I assumed as such because of how the monster reeled. It seemed as if it had been struck by a barrage of fists.” The man he was referring to, one Axel Almer, used a Super Robot known as Soulgain in combat.

“Yeah. Various to me honest. Just classify it as mixed.”

“I thought as much. The way you fought that time was reminiscent of a martial artist I know, somewhat.”

“You could always offer lessons, but I wonder how many people would come to learn.. Oh! Do you have a question for me, or are you counting that as one?”

“I suppose it counts as a question, considering I used it to answer your question…However, I don’t think I could do the school I practice justice as a teacher. I still have much to learn of the path of Bushido.”

There he goes again, saying cool stuff. I want one liners too!

“Oh! Shoot! I just noticed I asked you a question. So~ hit me up with whatever you’re curious about.”

“I apologize if this comes across as rude, miss Suki, but...Do you practice martial arts?”

“You could always offer lessons, but I wonder how many people would come to learn.. Oh! Do you have a question for me, or are you counting that as one?”

“Th-thirty? Wow! I thought you were much younger than that considering your body… You feel to be in your mid twenties.”

“You flatter me, miss Suki. My body is like it is because of rigorous training. I must keep both mind and body sharp if I am to remain at my peak. After all, if I am not at my peak, how can I protect those who cannot protect themselves?”

“Alright. How old are you?”

“Would you believe me if I told you that I was thirty?”

“Oo! Or we can play Questions.”

“Very well…Erm, how does this “Questions” game work? I’m afraid this is the first I’ve heard of it.”

“It’s exactly how it sounds. We just take turns asking questions to better understand the other some. It’s a good way for teammates to recognize personality.”

“I see...Very well, then. Would you like to ask the first question, miss Suki? After all, building trust is essential if we’re to work as a team.”

“Oo! Or we can play Questions.”

“Very well...Erm, how does this “Questions” game work? I’m afraid this is the first I’ve heard of it.”

Poofing back to base she grins. “Come on. Let’s play a game, Sanger-san.”

“A game…?” This reminded him of his time with Irui, somehow. “What kind of game do you want to play, miss Suki? It won’t be the first time I’ve allowed myself some enjoyment.”

“Hmm. I can‘t think of a game at the top of my head that won’t end with you being crushed. So you choose!”

“I have no qualms with being defeated, so long as you try your hardest. Therefore, I have no real preference as to what we play. After all, what matters is enjoying ourselves, no?”

“No. I mean I would literally crush you.” She meant physically. Let’s not forget this chick’s power is being amplified by something upon transformation. There is always a base value.

“Hm, true...I had forgotten about that. Why not something simple, like chess, or perhaps Go?” Sanger, those games bore most people. Someone like you would probably enjoy them.
