I won Santa-Ben! Super excited to run against my future teammates today ❤️💛 23:48 for 4 miles (5:57 pace) and a new 5k PR on the way (18:35). I was only 51 seconds off the course record- which was set by a senior who was one spot out from making it to NCAAs in cross country. Super excited for my future at WU and to see what I can do this track season 🏃🏼🎅🏼 (at Winthrop Coliseum)

As my high school cross country season nears its end I just want to thank all my teammates (current and former), coaches, friends, and family who have been nothing but supportive the last 5 years. It hasn't been easy dealing with my crazy mood swings, obsessiveness over injuries, and literal sickness. Thanks for always pushing me to be my very best! No matter what happens tomorrow I'm thankful for everyone who I've encountered in this sport in the past 5 years!❤️🐎
