Hello, my name is Denise and I love your bookplates. Is it possible to buy the ex libris Zoltán Leiner - calm tiger and restless shrew on a date palm tree but with some small changes and as a illustration for a logo. If possible, what would it cost?

Hey Denise, sorry but it's already sold, not possible. Thank you for asking though!

Square composition in illustration is a course about theory and practice for all levels, to help you compose your artworks in square format. In order to use composition as a powerful tool, you first need to comprehend the fundamental laws, and that's what this class is all about. We will dive into composing in a 1:1 ratio to make sure your works look great in your portfolio and social media feed. It’s a class with illustration focus, but all artists are welcome, since the universal rules apply to all fields.

The lessons are building up from theory, to the most common types of compositions, to practice, and finishing an illustration.

To make it more fun, we are composing a still life with tropical fruits and drinks in the practice lessons. In the end, we will select one of the thumbnails to be polished into a finished piece. You can learn the basics if you are a beginner, and get out of your comfort zone a bit, if you are a more experienced artist.

Visit this link to take my class, and get an 1 month free premium membership, if you don't have a Skillshare account yet. I have two otther classes to watch, if you decide to stay :)

Let me present my first Skillshare video on illustrating with ink ♥

Drawing with Light and Shadow is a class on illustrating in black and white or monochrome, focusing on tools such as brush pens and inks, teaching an illustration style which combines ink drawing and ink painting. The main emphasis during creating an engaging piece is on light and shadow, as the most important aspect of grayscale illustration.

A personal piece for the week, stepping out of my comfort zone with both the tecnique and the theme. I didn't give it a title, but it's about the freedom I feel when I go somewhere with a bike, and the random things happening during those rides. This time we crossed the bridge, and a large group of crows (or a murder of crows, as I learned) passed through above us. It was such a beautiful sight, some of them were far away, swarming in shapes, some were flying just above our heads. The winter air was clear and the sky was this purpleish blue colour. As for the technique, I really wanted to try what can I achieve using only two colours. It needs a bit polishing but I'm leaving this piece at this stage for now. I like the opportunities this technique gives me, will definitely experiment with it more later.
