We live in a society that puts constant pressure on people to become top achievers at whatever they are doing, but it does not fucking matter how much you get done, so long as you get SOMETHING done. Unless you work a job where people are gonna die if you don’t do X amount of things in Y amount of time, unless there’s a fire right behind you or the roof is about to collapse on your head - nothing is that serious!

Do one thing, no matter how small, that you’ve been pushing off. Trust me: your future you will feel so good when it’s done, even if it was only something seemingly small and stupid. NOTHING that makes Future You feel good is ever small or stupid.
