[!] ALLFORBTS is now closed.
Hello everyone! It’s been a while since we’ve written a personal post on the blog, but I wanted to let you all know that the admins (Kristi and I) as well as our mods (Alicia, Ally, Christie, Eunice, Nadia, and Paige) have decided to close ALLFORBTS. For those of you who were there from the beginning when it was just me (Kylie) posting on this blog for fun back when our name was BTS0726, I would like to thank you so much for supporting us and this blog. When I started this blog back in my freshman year of college, I never thought it would grow so big. While I only started this blog back in 2015, I feel like it really shows the growth of both BTS as well as ARMYs around the world and it makes me so incredibly happy and proud. I’m so happy that we were able to provide content, translations, updates, and such to ARMYs around the world.
For those who are curious, this blog is closing because of two main factors--(1) the lack of ability of our admins, mods, translators to post as they used to; (2) the mass amounts of content related to BTS that are posted every day. As hard as it is to admit it, beginning around last year, this blog has become harder to manage due to our lack of time and the increased amount of BTS coverage worldwide. There are posts all over Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Weibo, YouTube, TikTok, and much more, and it always felt like we weren’t fast enough or thorough enough. But hey, isn’t that a great thing in a way? How amazing is it to see how much BTS has grown to the point where people all over the world are posting and covering BTS?
A lot of us working on this blog have been fans of BTS since pre-debut or in their beginning years and I think it’s fair to say that we are so proud to be fans and to be there for this journey. It’s amazing to see the impact that BTS, ARMYs, and just music in general has had on our individual lives and the world. I know we’re all looking forward to BTS’ continued success and I don’t think any of us will stop following BTS any time soon.
Thank you so much once again to all of the followers and all of the mods for this blog over the years! None of this would have been possible without the immense support from you all as well as the hard work of all our mods and admins. BTS, ARMYs, and this blog have been through some rough times, but with the support of one another, we were able to push through. I also want to apologize for the slow down of this blog. I really wanted to post everything as soon as I saw it, but with university, work, life, and such, I just could not keep up.
While the blog will be closing, I will be leaving it up as an archive for reference in case you guys want to look back on old content.
Thank you so so much once again for everything! I can’t even begin to explain how much this blog means to me. Also, please make sure to stay safe and healthy (both mentally and physically) during these tough times! I know all of us are being affected by the spread of COVID-19 in one way or another, so make sure to check in on each other and support those who are struggling during this time.
