The charity walk was a hit today, and a ton of people turned up for it <3. There were various other charity walks all across the country all towards finding a cure for alzheimers and thanks to everyone on tumblr who reblogged and donated. my individual team managed to pool together £532 towards the charity’s overall goal of £9 million.

We trekked almost 5 hours across the coastal seafront and back, but it was all worth it in the end <3 Thanks again, everybody. I really appreciate how much you guys supported me, my mother, and my nana who we dedicated this walk to so much

Hey guys I’m doing a charity walk to raise money on behalf of the Alzheimer’s Society

With my Nana being diagnosed with the onset of dementia and progressively getting worse, it has been an upsetting time for me and my family as a whole. To help the Alzheimer’s Society and show support, I’ll be taking part on a charity walk on October 06, 2018 in order to raise money towards a cure, as well as support and care for those diagnosed with dementia and their families.

The target goal right now is** £500**, but may be pushed up depending on how well donations go. These donations will be added to a larger pool on October 06, who has a current target goal of £1,250. If things go well, the overall final total will be £1,750+ for the Alzheimer’s Society’s research and care plans.
