A couple weeks ago, I was honored with an award as a top ten alumni at my almamater, Elon...but I feel as though I am only at the beginning. There is still so much to do...like bake pretzels!

INSPIRATION comes from random places

This is the first "official" post on my new blog. From here on out, it will most likely be just video. I have a hard time typing thoughts (like to process verbally, too) after a long day of working and emails.

I'm writing again because I'm starting a new dare...and that is to open my own pretzel bakery in Austin! And THIS is where I'm going to write about the process. People see success at the end..not the process, so thus the purpose of this blog is to showcase the behind-the-scenes, the ups and downs, a sneak peak into how I think..and whatever else comes to me along the way.

I will make no filter here. I will write when I want, what I want. Read as you please.
