Been away a long time and doom scrolled back quite a while. I’m really proud that I’m not in such a dark place anymore. It took a lot of time and a lot of purposeful work, but I’m surviving and enjoying living again. I’m sure I’m just leaving a lil note for myself to rediscover in another year when I pop back onto this app…but thats cool too
